concordo , il prezzo si riferisce ad un appartamento con entrata indipendente (solo per ospiti) in villa , no intera villa , anche perche il prezzo sarebbe differente.. Per quanto riguarda il pagamento con carta , purtroppo , non è un problema mio , ma il cliente deve fare la transazione direttamente con l'agenzia , prima dell'arrivo, in caso di problemi con pagamenti contattare l'agenzia.

I will try to explain the various complaints from customers HEATING ISSUES: Upon their arrival I proposed the choice of 3 bedrooms, 2 with electric convector and one with gas central heating, they preferred the room with central heating, which remained on, at 21 degrees throughout their stay. customers have at their disposal, instructions in English (in the facility file) for the digital heating thermostat which is immediately outside the chosen room .. so customers can set the temp. desired to their liking, I'm not the one who controls their heating. GARDEN SPA : unfortunately, 3 days before their arrival, there was a storm, with very bad weather, so I, like many other structures, in my area, decided to close the outdoor pools and spas .. late October, the climate is not guaranteed , in Tuscany. Kitchen facilities: the kitchen of the apartment is enough for 5-6 people, up to now no one has complained, the professional kitchen in the photos is rented at an extra price, which covers the costs of consumption, cleaning and sanitation, as told to the customer .. but normally two people, never rent the kitchen of the restaurant, because the kitchen facilities in the apartment are more than enough , unless you are chef like myself , and cooking for many people.. Really sorry that you cannot have a normal conversation because everything echoed and we felt our privacy was compromised. first time I face this issue, the villa is new, maybe there are ghosts that I haven't met yet.. I have no more words to describe this negative feedback, forces this type of customer needs 5 star hotels or relays, certainly not at this price ... Kind regards Fabrizio
