Sehr schöner Strandurlaub

Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock eines besonders schönen Hauses direkt am Strand hinter einem schmalen Parkplatzstreifen mit idealem Blick von der großen Veranda auf die Bucht und den Strand. Alles ist nah, vom Lebensmittelladen, Bäckerei und Metzgerei bis zum Hafen mit vielen Restaurants und Eisdielen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und mit viel Stauraum und Ablageflächen sowie Haushaltsgeräten zum bequemen Aufenthalt ausgestattet. Das Parken auf dem umzäunten Gelände ist angenehm während außerhalb die Besucher eifrig anreisen, um den schönen sauberen, ruhigen und klaren Strand zu genießen. Die Vermieterin ist gemeinsam mit ihrem Sohn sehr liebenswürdig und kontaktfreudig. Alles klappt bestens und wir freuen uns schon darauf, wiederkommen zu können.

Vue mer exceptionnelle, proche plage.

Confortable, bonne literie, équipements très corrects, lave linge et lave vaisselle, ventilateur, grande terrasse avec grande table et chaises de jardin. On voit que le propriétaire améliore le logement petit à petit compte tenu de l'ancienneté de la maison. Un effort serait désormais à faire sur l'extérieur :ravalement, jardin.... Adresse à recommander.

Le logement est idéal pour une famille de 4 personnes: devant la plage, à 50 m du meilleur glacier de St Cyr (André), proche des commerces et du port et plusieurs aires de jeux à proximité. Appartement très fonctionnel et bien équipé dans une maison très originale. Un balcon bien abrité, un jardin et une vue à couper le souffle. La propriétaire est très sympathique.

Un appartement très bien situé

Appartement face à la plage dans une station balnéaire familiale très agréable du moins à Pâques Nous avons bien apprécié la grande terrasse qui permet d avoir une belle vue sur la baie et qui est abritée ce qui permet de se protéger du vent et de la chaleur L'intérieur est bien amenage avec beaucoup de rangements la cuisine et la salle de bain ont été refaits a neuf Enfin la propriétaire et son fils sont très serviables pour conclure une très bonne location !
