Authentic fisherman's house, fully renovated with care in 2020. You will enjoy having a good time in our house and on its enclosed terrace of 30m².
100 meters from the port of Saint-Cado with its legendary view of the "house on the water", and from the island of Saint Cado accessible by its bridge. A family beach awaits you a few meters further. Proximity to many coastal paths housing the Etel estuary. You will enjoy a lively fishing village that has kept its soul and peaceful atmosphere. You can have a good time in its bars and restaurant.
Housing :
On the ground floor: living room of 35 m², with a fireplace, opening onto an equipped kitchen.
On the 1st floor: a bedroom with double bed *, a bathroom and a separate toilet
On the 2nd floor with a small sea view: a large bedroom with 3 single beds *, 2 of which can be joined.

ON DEMAND :
Bed linen and towels: 15 € / people.
The house must be made clean. Possibility of cleaning option (50 €).
