The property also consists of a family bathroom, a ground-floor shower room and an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining and seating area with electric fore. Outside there is off-road parking, a front patio with furniture and a rear patio with picnic benches, as well as use of on-site facilities, including an indoor and outdoor pool. 32 Trevithick is a lovely, tranquil retreat close to the beaches of St Ives Bay.

As Hayle is centrally located, you can easily access many other places by public transport or car, such as St. Ives, with its art galleries, sub tropical gardens and picturesque harbour with boat trips that include seal watching at Seal Island or a relaxing trip to Godrevy Lighthouse.
