The first bedroom has a double bed and a single bed; the second has a double bed and a single bed; and the living room has a sofa bed that converts into another double bed or two single beds, plus a single bed. Each bedroom has a fan. The living room has a 50-inch TV, and each bedroom has a 32-inch TV; free Wi-Fi is available. The apartment is equipped with dishes, pots and pans, a coffee maker, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a fan. Near the house, you’ll find a post office, pizzerias, bus stops, and various supermarkets, including Conad, MD, Esselunga, Famila, Iperal, and Iper. There’s a park right outside the gate in a quiet area.<br>The rate for up to 3 people is €50.00. Each additional guest is €15.00.
