MODERN APARTMENT IN FRONT OF THE BEACH, with pool and sea views, WIFI, A/CThis spectacular apartment has a front line location on the beach of Puerto de Alcudia and stunning views over the bay of Alcudia. It is recently renovated with the best materials and fully equipped. The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed with sea views and the other with two single beds), a bathroom and toilet and an open kitchen with a living-dining room, satellite TV, WIFI, air conditioning and a terrace with beautiful views of the sea. sea. The complex has 2 large community pools, one of them for children and with direct access to the large sandy beach. It has a green area for children to play. Nearby is a supermarket with fresh bread every day and excellent restaurants with a cozy terrace to enjoy fresh fish or any other Mediterranean dish.Extra bed on request for the fifth person (see price)The tourist tax (2.20 € / night / adult) is not included in the price and must be paid in cash on arrival.The apartment in Alcúdia has 2 bedrooms and has capacity for 4 people.The apartment is tastefully and modernly furnished, and is 57 m². Stay in Alcudia

Firstly, the location is excellent, well situated for all Alcudia amenities and with a super sea view. Alcudia is a busy resort, but the apartment is not affected by noise. The good air con means windows dont need to be open. The pool is nice and big and didnt get overly busy and the beach is on your doorstep. However, we do feel like the apartment (considering the price we paid) would benefit from some updating as it looks a little tired. In particular, the bathroom and separate toilet are probably 25 years old and are incredibly small. We feel that this could be knocked through and a bigger space be created.The mattresses are also very thin and not that comfortable. The lounge furniture is also small with only 3 real seating spaces. The television reception is poor and the tv itself could do with changing to a more modern one. The table on the balcony is also really old and wobbly (our 5 year old twice knocked drinks over on it just by gently nudging the table.) This apartment could be really good, if the owners were prepared to spend some money on it, but it seems they are happy to take the money for it in its current state.
