Tastefully renovated and decorated small townhouse with private terrace area. The community swimming pools are a few steps from the house.

Located in the heart of Riviera del Sol , Mijas Costa and just a few meters from shops, bars and restaurants, but still a very relaxing and quiet terrace to enjoy.

With just 200 meters to the beach, makes this holiday home a perfect place for vacations. Free fibre Wifi available. Bedlinen and towels included in the cleaning fee.

This holiday home was totally renovated 2020.
We offer WIFI throughout the home, a flat smart Tv with different languages and air condition in all rooms.
From the living room you can access your private terrace and also green grass in the community garden.
Both bedrooms has double beds. 1 bathroom with shower and toilet.

Table with 4 chairs at the private garden area for outside dining in the warm Spanish evenings, or to enjoy the sun rise with a coffee/the, in the mornings.

Our guests have the place to themselves of course.
Free access to 2 communal pools.
Parking inside the gates is subject to availability.

Riviera del Sol is located between Fuengirola and Marbella and offers restaurants , bars , golf, tennis, padel and gyms. And of course great beaches. Easy access to A7 Highway where you can reach Malaga, Fuengirola, Marbella and Puerto Banus or even drive to Gibraltar for a sightseeing or shopping

Walking distance to most things in Riviera del Sol. Bus route along A7 highway. Nearest bar 20 meters. Nearest supermarket 100m.
We do not allow party groups, youth groups , hen parties etc. Minimum age 28 of the main renter
