Beach apartment, just 300 hundred meter from the beach. Centrally located and well equipped This 1 bedroom apartment has a large living room, with double sofa in the living room and additional fold up bed, as well as a double and a single in the bedroom to Accommodate up to 4 people.
The south facing terrace That overlooks the pool and gardens, you have table and chairs for al fresco dining and a parasol for the warmer months.
The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with everything You Might Need for a short stay or for an extended winter stay. No car is required as everything is Within easy walking distance mostly on the flat, bus stops, bank, chemists, doctors Everything You Might Need
 Within a few hundred meters there are various bars, restaurants, a supermarket and the of course the beach. Cala Also has a brand new coastal walkway Which Takes you along the beach on a wooden boardwalk Currently all the way to Riviera del Sol, with plans to link all the Costa del Sol together.

Beautiful view, beach within walking distance

My partner and me very much enjoyed our stay in Mijas. We found the apartment clean and tastefully furnished. Beach and a costal path are within a few minutes walking distance, (touristy) restaurants are nearby and a supermarket, too. The view from the apartment is very beautiful. Good connection to public transportation (bus). Unfortunately, the nearby street is noisy.

Myself and my husband have just returned from a very enjoyable two week stay. The apartment is very well situated overlooking the well maintained community garden/ pool area and enjoys a spectacular sea view. It is simply but adequately furnished, very clean and due to its proximity to the sea, pleasantly cool inside. There is a local supermarket (closes for siesta in the afternoon) and several restaurants virtually on the doorstep. The beach is a few minutes away and from there, a fifteen minute leisurely stroll along the boardwalk (by the sea) takes you into La Cala centre. We would be happy to stay there in the future.

La propriété a un accès à la piscine ,il manque des ustensiles de cuisine et des couverts , nous avons moins apprécié le retrait de la caution avant notre arrivée dans les lieux et restituée 10 jours plus tard, nous avons laissé l'appartement propre, remis dans l'état trouvé à notre arrivée , malgré cela il a été retenu 50€.

Great Location,Great Apartment

3 of us stayed in this Apartment in October.It was better than described as in the bedroom it has a massive full wall, floor to ceiling fitted wardrobe with loads of space. The beach is an easy 5 minute stroll down the incline. With a supermarket and numerous restauants nearby with a superb Italian also and bus stops in either direction the location is superb. You wont need a car.This was our 3rd visit to LA CALA and the Apartment was easily in the best location. We hope to go back next year and if so we will stay here again.You wont be disappointed staying here for your holiday.
