This 50 m² accommodation offers spectacular views of the sea and mountains thanks to its large glass window, and is equipped to ensure your comfort and rest.



The studio has air conditioning, heat pump heating and windows with thermal closures to maintain the ideal temperature all year round. In addition, it has high-speed fibre optic internet, perfect for teleworking or enjoying uninterrupted streaming.



Its layout is practical and modern: a bathroom with a shower tray, fully equipped American induction kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, and more), living room with sofa bed and Smart TV, and a rest area with a double bed separated by an elegant wooden panel that provides privacy without losing natural light.



The building has a lift, communal swimming pool and garden to relax and enjoy the sun. The development is ideal for families with children and is located near supermarkets, restaurants, bus stops and various tourist attractions such as golf courses, water and natural parks, and train and airport stations at a short distance.
