Newly built, this impressive home has beautifully finished living spaces that make the most of the fabulous setting. It is a reverse level house to take advantage of the sea views and sunsets to Instagram every night.

- En-suite comprising of a large rainfall shower, low-level W.C and wash hand basin with vanity unit and motion sensor under lighting below, tiled floor with underfloor heating.

- A comfortable twin bedroom with built-in wardrobes.
- Set as two single adult (3ft) beds - *on request beds can be joined together to make a Super King.

- Stylish bunk bedroom sleeps two adults comfortably, with a chest of drawers. USB wall socket.
- With space for a Travel Cot (provided).

- Well-fitted with a white 4 piece suite comprising a bath, separate rainfall shower, low-level W.C and wash hand basin with vanity unit.
- Motion sensor under lighting and underfloor heating.

Separate linen cupboard opposite.

Child Friendly
- Stairgates, highchair and travel cot can be found in the utility cupboard.
- Blackout blind (provided) can be stuck onto either window.

Outside Space

- Entering by the gate from the two parking bays, the outside garden is laid to patio and chippings.
- A coastal chic garden design allows you to soak up the sun all day or find some shade in this corner plot.

- Outdoor dining table seats 6-8 on the patio, BBQ & Firepit in garden corner/snug.
- Outdoor hot shower (hose pipe) makes a wash down from the beach effortless before going inside.
- Parking, Andas has 2 private parking bays immediately to the rear of the property, a 7kw EV car charger is available at Andas. We’ll provide access details, so you can pay go (charge).
- Secure shed storage to the side of the house, accessed from the patio. There is a useful lockable storage shed for all your surfboards, kayaks, bikes, golf clubs and to ensure wetsuits dry before their next outing.

Dog Friendly
- Dogs are permitted all year round on the beach at the Northam Burrows end and the whole beach from October to May
- Fully enclosed ‘dog proof’ garden
- Dog towels are provided by the front door
- Dog blankets are provided for use in the lounge.
- Hot and cold outside hose provide a warm shower to wash any furry friends down before entering the property.

Other things to note
For check-in we will provide you with a code to access the key from a lockbox, so you can arrive anytime after the check-in time.

*Covid-19 compliant cleaning, adhering to current protocols to ensure guest safety. Anti-bacterial wipe-down of all touch surfaces and anti-bacterial spray of all fabrics and steaming.

Stunning Home
We have just spent a wonderful week at Ed and Sophi’s place. The accommodation is stunning, location is amazing and the house simply has everything you need and more. It’s a great base if you want to discover North Devon or Indeed if you are happy to just sit back and relax in Westward Ho. The communication with Ed was always first rate and he responded promptly all the way through from booking to leaving. Simply put if you want a place to stay in Westward Ho you would struggle to beat this.
