2 bed 2 bath property In North Devon, 9 Acres Pet Friendly, near to beach
A modern single story property with 1 x double and 1 x twin bedroom each with own ensuite. Large lounge/kitchen diner/family room. Private sun trap rear patio and front courtyard (adjacent to owners property). 2 small well behaved dogs welcome. Access to most of 9 acres of owners garden/land which is perfect to exercise yourself or your dogs. Near Instow. Bude and Hartland 30 mins, and easy access for shopping in Bideford or Barnstaple.
Great for Instow beach, Westward Ho! Etc
Lovely walks or biking along Tarka trail about 10mins away.
We have a small model village too !

*Space - Lovely outside spaces ideal for exercising yourself or your dogs or evening drinks or just relaxing in the Devon sun with the table and chairs and barbecue
*Parking - Lots of parking on our very large drive. Easily manage two separate cars if two couples are visiting separately
* Caution - Please be aware of a few steep steps beyond the back patio, but not if you don't venture further.
* CCTV - To protect your data, security and privacy we wish to inform you we have CCTV operating on the property which will capture your arrivals and departures in your vehicle. Please note there are none in the courtyard of the front of cottage, in the cottage itself, or at the back of the cottage. The cameras only cover the main drive and rear of our house. If you do not wish us to have the CCTV in operation during your stay please advise and we will delete any records of your stay
* Owners Dog - Please note we have our own well behaved (mostly!) dog on site

We bought the 9 acre Hillandale House and Cottage on the 1st March 2021 after both taking early retirement so this is our first holiday let but having been in many ourselves we want to make this as good for you as we can.

You have access to 9 acres of our land. You are welcome to use the lower garden at the back of the main house to walk, sunbathe, exercise your dog, or use for games, football or picnics. We even have our own Model Village !
