The “rural house with sea view" is your perfect place to spend a relaxing and resting holiday.
It is surrounded by nature and it has a beautiful private garden where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the ocean.
The house offers a calm, quiet environment and in full contact with nature, but with all the comforts for a comfortable stay.
“Rural house with sea view” is not only a holiday house but a place where you will feel at home for all the duration of your stay on the island.
The house is developed on a single level, it adjoins another house where the owners live but it is totally independent.
It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with two single beds. Both bedrooms have large windows with curtains and blinds and very spacious closets. They also have armchairs and / or sofa. In the rooms there is a portable fan.
There is a full bathroom with a tub / shower and another smaller service bathroom.
The living room is very spacious with a large door window to the garden; sitting on the sofa you can enjoy the flowers, plants and the view of the sea or you can read, take a break or chat with your family, partner or friends.
The kitchen also has a door window to the garden, it is equipped with everything you need for cooking: oven, stove, refrigerator, toaster, water heater, microwave and all the basic tools of a kitchen.
The garden has a wonderful sea view and a covered patio with a wooden table and benches that will allow you to enjoy the external space. Imagine yourself sitting there drinking a coffee, reading a book, or just dreaming watching the ocean!!!!
You can park your car just in front of the house main door.
You will have free access to the entire house. The garden is for the exclusive use of guests too.

Due to the alert for the COVID19 we have improved our cleaning routine so that we disinfect every surfaces between two different stay and we respect all the cleaning standards and recommendations dictated by the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
“Rural house with sea view" is located in the small village of San Antonio just 5 kilometres away from the capital, Santa Cruz de la Palma, and 10 minutes away from the airport passing by the main road (there are also shortcuts between the banana trees that take you to the airport in a few minutes !!!). The town center of San Antonio is less than 2 km away from the house. Here you will find all the main services: banks, pharmacies, supermarkets, post office, cafes, taxi and bus stops; the buses that take you to Los Llanos, Santa Cruz de la Palma, Fuencaliente and to many other destinations pass from here.
In a few minutes by car you will reach Los Cancajos one of the most popular beach on this side of the island.
Around the “Rural house with sea view” there are other houses of local people and many banana trees plantations that descend towards the sea. If you like walking, you can get lost among the trails that cross the neighbourhoods enjoying a beautiful landscape.
We always suggest that the best way to visit and discover the island is by car. This will allow you to take advantage of the time and reach every single corner of this magical island.

Anyway, the public transport service is particularly good and very well organized so if you do not want to rent a car, you will have no problem to travel across the island. In San Antonio there are many bus stops that take you to the main destinations or to Santa Cruz where you can catch all the necessary connections.

To get to the “Rural house with sea view”, if you don't have a car, you can get a taxi from the port or airport or take a bus in Santa Cruz de la Palma to San Antonio and from there walk for approximately 2 kilometres or take a taxi in San Antonio.
