Summary:

Welcome to this wonderful apartment located right next to the luxurious Reserva Higueron hotel with numerous paddle tennis courts, regular tennis courts, beach volleyball, gym, Spa, and much more. The apartment has a large pool area with an exotic garden and private parking, and is located about an 11-minute walk to the beach. The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with private parking, dishwasher and washing machine, smart TV, WIFI, electronic dart board, and much more.



The Space:

As you step into the apartment, you will be greeted by a bright hallway with the fully equipped kitchen to the left with a dishwasher, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, and much more. Straight ahead, you have the large living room with a large and comfortable sofa, 2 lovely balconies with a breathtaking view of the area and the Mediterranean.



The master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom, A / C with cooling and heating. The second bedroom has 2 single beds as well as storage and A / C with cooling and heating.



The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with private parking, dishwasher and washing machine, smart TV, WIFI, electronic dart board, and much more.



The cleaning fee includes a set of bed linen and towels per person.



To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!



Guest Access:

You will have access to the large pool and garden area where the pool is open all year round, there is also cute turtles that lives in the artificial river that runs through the urbanization.

The Neighborhood:

El Higueron is a relatively new area that has quickly gained in popularity thanks to the fantastic location, views, and service in the area that just breathes LYX! There is frequent free transport between the apartment, the beach, and the shopping center for everyone living in the area. Next to the apartment is Reserva del Higueron, which is a luxury hotel with Spa facilities, Padel tennis, Beach volleyball, and an infinity pool called Duga. The urbanization in which the apartment is located has several large swimming pools that are open all year round, lovely gardens, and small ponds with turtles swimming around or sunbathing on the warm stones.



Getting Around:

There is a free train going from the apartment, to the beach and up to the restaurants and supermarkets.



Other Things to Note:

- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.

- no groups under 25y (except families)

- No smoking inside, no parties

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included; pool towels are available for rent. Please contact us about the price.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.
