Built in 2020, the FORTUNELLA villa welcomes you to the hills above Ile-Rousse.
It features two terraces with exceptional views of the islands and the Pietra Lighthouse: a spacious terrace with an outdoor kitchen, a plancha grill, a dining table, and an outdoor lounge area, and a second terrace where you can enjoy a heated infinity pool with ocean views, lounge chairs, and a summer lounge. For enthusiasts, there’s also a pétanque court on the property.
The villa has four double bedrooms spread over two floors and can accommodate up to eight people. Each bedroom features a private bathroom, a flat-screen TV, and a walk-in closet (with a safe). In three of the four bedrooms, you can request to have the beds separated into twin beds.
You’ll have access to a 110 m² kitchen-living-dining area with a modern and cozy design.
The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. On the lower level, you’ll find an utility room with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and high chairs for children.
It also features a fitness room with a treadmill, stationary bike, elliptical trainer, and a flat-screen TV to keep you entertained while working out.

The villa is located a 3-minute drive from downtown and the beach in Ile-Rousse, 25 minutes from Calvi, 45 minutes from Saint-Florent, and 1 hour from Bastia. Free private parking is available on site.
