The villa features 4 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for every guest. The bright living area opens onto the terrace and heated pool through large sliding windows, creating an inviting space to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean climate. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for easy and convivial meals.

Superbe maison Lumio

La communication avec la gérante était parfaite! Maison très bien équipée, très propre! Vue sur les montagne d’un côté, sur la mer de l’autre! Chemin de randonnée à proximité! La piscine était également très propre et chauffée à 28 degrés ce qui était très agréable pour la fraîcheur d’un mois d’avril! Un grand merci à Florence pour son professionnalisme!

Belle villa bien orientée avec vue sur la mer Assez fonctionnelle avec équipement intérieur normal. Très bon accueil de Florence. Petit bémol : pour une location de ce prix peut-être prévoir des équipements extérieurs type coussins de chaises, matelas pour les transats, des parasols qui fonctionnent.

Nous avons séjourné dans cette très belle villa avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et la montagne fin avril 2023. Les photos sont conformes. Maison très agréable avec de belles prestations. Maison très propre à l'arrivée et très bien équipée. Bien située et au calme entre Calvi et l'île Rousse. Entre plages, balades et visites de villages typiques impossible de s'ennuyer. Un grand merci à Florence pour son accueil et sa disponibilité.

Nous remercions vivement la qualité d accueil et la disponibilité de Florence qui gère cette villa. La villa est de très haut standing autant dans son architecture, que son aménagement, son équipement et sa décoration. Qualité de couchages top niveau, salles de bains et douches très modernes et très ergonomiques. L’emplacement est très agréable, et le quartier très calme. Secteur très tranquille Mais nous y étions fin octobre. Sans doute que l’été le secteur est plus animé quand toutes les activités économiques sont ouvertes à la Marina. Encore merci à Florence et aux propriétaires d’avoir réalisé cette très belle villa digne des villas de Saint Barths!!! dans les Antilles. Felicitations aussi à l architecte qui en a réalisé les plans. Je recommande et nous y reviendront avec grand plaisir. Pascal et MClaire Renaud Le Mans

Tolle Unterkunft

Unsere zwei Wochen in dieser Villa waren großartig. Sie ist super ausgestattet, sehr sauber und der beheizte Pool ist auch bei etwas kälteren Temperaturen perfekt. Und im Garten gibt es einen eigenen Bouleplatz. Außerdem ist der Kontakt mit der Vermittlungsfirma freundlich und professionell. Kann man nur empfehlen.
