Fully furnished and furnished with contemporary furniture and decoration, this house has 4 bedrooms each with its closet, TV and its private bathroom, a living room including the kitchen / dining area communicating with the living room and 2 separate toilets, one on the ground floor and the other upstairs.

On the terrace, you can enjoy outdoor furniture including 1 table for 8 people, 2 sofa / armchair lounges, deckchairs, the swimming pool and the view of the magnificent Calvi bay and its surrounding mountains.

Superbe villa avec une vue incroyable sur la baie de Calvi (c’est encore mieux que sur les photos !). Vous pourrez profiter de magnifiques lever de soleil. L’emplacement de la villa sur les hauteurs de Calvi permet d’être au calme tout en n’étant pas très éloigné du port et de la plage. À louer sans aucune hésitation !

Villa fonctionnelle avec une vue superbe

La villa est bien agencée , très propre, très fonctionnelle et bien équipée avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un excellent séjour pour 8 personnes. La piscine chauffée était cependant un peu fraiche (mais quand même plus chaude que la mer à cette époque mi-avril) , mais rien que la vue sur le golfe et les montagnes vaut le coup.La propriétaire est très accommodante (horaires de check-in check-out avantageux car c'était possible à nos dates) et nous a envoyé un lien GPS pour nous guider, ce qui a été nécessaire pour trouver notre chemin le 1er jour.A Refaire!

Très belle propriété avec vue

Très agréable propriété correspondant parfaitement à la description et aux photos. Pas de "mauvaise" surprise a l'arrivée, c'est important de le noter. Autre point important, c'est que chaque chambre a sa salle de bain et tout est décoré harmonieusement. Donc a recommander.

Das Haus befindet sich an top Lage , ruhige Gegend mit Sicht auf die Bucht von Calvi und die Zitadelle ,mit dem Auto ist man in 5 min. Im Zentrum . Die Übergabe war problemlos sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieter . Hatten tolle Ferien ,können wir mit ruhigen Gewissen weiter empfehlen .

Très bien mise à part la météo

Concernant notre expérience, nous avons pu bénéficier d’un accompagnement du propriétaire tout au long de notre séjour et surtout lors de notre arrivée. L’emplacement de la Villa est proche du centre ville, ce qui est très appréciable. Ensuite, nous avons particulièrement retenu une vue magnifique et un calme apaisant, parfait pour profiter tout en se ressourçant. Nous vous recommandons cet endroit.

Nous avions déjà séjourner dans un des appartements des propriétaires l'an passé et nous avions eu l'occasion de visiter cette magnifique villa et la réserver pour les vacances de février. Très fonctionnelle, tout est neuf et décoré avec soin, rien ne manque. Salle de bain dans chaque chambre donc chacun son univers. Mais nous avons surtout apprécié de pouvoir se baigner en février grâce à la piscine chauffée, il ne fallait juste pas trainer dehors. Encore mieux que sur les photos.

Dieser Ausblick macht süchtig - villa de rêve

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen über Ostern in dieser Villa verbracht. Das Haus ist noch sehr neu, alles sehr sauber und modern und funktional eingerichtet. Das Besondere ist der wunderbare Blick von Wohnzimmer/ Terrasse und aus zwei Schlafzimmern auf die Altstadt und den Golf von Calvi und die hohen Berge, auf denen bis spät ins Jahr noch Schnee liegt. Zudem kümmern sich die nebenan wohnenden Vermieter sehr freundlich um einen. Das Haus verfügt über ein großes Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche (gut ausgestattet), vier Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad mit Dusche sowie zwei WC's. Alle Räume sind gut klimatisiert (wir haben ehr die Heizfunktion genutzt). Einen Garten gibt es nicht, dafür aber eine Terrasse mit beheiztem Pool und einer schönen Sitzecke. Das Haus liegt ruhig gelegen etwas oberhalb von Calvi - zu Fuß ist man in 20 Min. in der Altstadt oder am Supermarkt. Von hier aus kann man viele wunderbare Ausflüge unternehmen: zu Boot auf dem Wasser, mit dem Auto und zu Fuß in den Bergen und Flusstälern oder an die wunderbaren Sandstrände. Ein wundervoller Ort, an den wir hoffentlich bald zurückkehren. En français: une villa de rêve, neuf et moderne, avec une vue splendide sur Calvi et le golfe et sur les montagnes avec des locataires très agréables. C'est un endroit magnifique à recommander vivement.

Tres belle vue dans une villa somptueuse !!!

Séjour inoubliable dans cette très belle villa avec une décoration raffinée. Vue époustouflante de la piscine et de certaines chambres. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'environnement calme et le fait que tout soit neuf et bien penser pour des vacances réussies. Une salle de bains dans chaque chambre qui n'est pas négligeable quand vous êtes 6 personnes. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de ces vacances à Calvi, petite ville de Corse qui regorge de beautés.
