Stylish Character Home in the Heart of Chester

This beautiful and cosy 3 bedroom terrace house is perfect for friends, families and business professionals visiting Chester. Not only is it a short walk from local bars, restaurants and amenities, but it is also close to the centre of Chester and the train station.

The property itself sleeps up to 6 people: it has 2 double bedrooms, 1 super-king bedroom and 1 bathroom.

As you enter the house you are welcomed into a stylish space. The ground floor consists of a double bedroom, cosy living and dining room, and a kitchen to the rear. The living/dining room has a large smart TV for your use and a small drop leaf table with 4 chairs for dining. There are an additional 2 dining chairs in the property but please note that the space for dining is limited.

Whilst there are many incredible restaurants in Chester and the Hoole area, the kitchen is equipped with everything you should need to cook a meal in with family, friends or colleagues, including of course, plenty of wine and prosecco glasses!

Upstairs there is one double and one super-king bedroom. All three bedrooms are full of character with old fireplaces still a centre-piece to the rooms.

All the bedrooms boast comfortable beds, modern wardrobes, chest of drawers and elegant finishing touches. Fresh white linen and clean towels will also be provided for you.

The pictures on line are misleading The property could benefit from a deep clean, cobwebs hanging from ceilings and lights, thick dust in fireplace and behind beds. Damp and black mould, water running through bathroom ceiling when it rained. A well equipped kitchen. Blind hanging in tatters The property louge area not big enough for six people only four seat and folding table.

Very disappointed, property is tired and substandard. It wasn't clean. Key items missing in kitchen. One bedroom door latch not working. Place just generally tatty and uncared for.In fact, so poor, a partial refund would not be refused. Please look into this.

Lovely stay

The property is ideally located for walking into Chester City Centre and also very close to facilities in Hoole. Would certainly recommend as a base for exploring the area

Good location

Lounge photo is made to look way bigger than it is . The house wouldn’t be suitable if you had small children that needed some playing space. Great location. Would be nice to have a tea pot as the kitchen mugs are tiny, but that is purely personal choice!
