A large charming house in an excellent location in the beautiful Österlen. The house is rural and free with a wonderful panoramic view of the rolling Scanian landscape. A house with plenty of space for the large family or two. Proximity to all the gems of Österlen. In the ground floor house there is a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room, living room with TV and wood burning stove, a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for two people and a toilet. The second floor has three bedrooms with a total of six beds, a spacious bathroom with both bath and shower. There is also a sleeping loft with the possibility of an extra bed. The back of the plot is nestled in lush greenery, protected from view and with a wonderful panoramic view of the rolling plains. The house is located on a road that during the holidays can be quite busy, but it is separated by a protective hedge and gates. From your holiday home you have all of Österlen's destinations within easy reach. Right next door is a popular flower and interior design store. A short drive away is a well-visited bakery and café. To the Baltic Sea and the coast you have only a short drive, the closest is Mälarhusen's beach bath. Hagestad is located just west of Sandhammaren and borders the Sandhammaren nature reserve. Here the visitor is met by open dune areas, heather and grass heaths and sparse forests with low, gnarled oaks. Here is also Dag Hammarskjölds Backåkra, well worth a visit. The whole of Österlen is filled with galleries, farm shops and sights. There is really no lack of culture and gastronomy here. Experience the entire stretch from Simrishamn and Kivik with their apple orchards and Stenshuvud National Park to Kåseberga and Ale Stenar. Wallanders Ystad is only a short drive away. By bike, you have many small roads to choose from and can discover the shifts of the open landscapes up close. For children there is the adventure park Tosselilla. Also visit Ystad Zoo in Skårby. Those interested in golf have several options in the area, the closest being Ystads Gk.
