Host unresponsive. Had go to somewhere else. Don't book here

Tried to reach the host for months as we planned the trip 8 months ahead. The host never answered and we had to book somewhere else at the last minute. Very stressful experience

I am sorry for this but I never received your mails and booking détails. Why didn't you simply call me? Or why didn't you contact the website? A phone call is so simple.... Sorry again but try to check with the website what went wrong....
