Nice but broken hot tub and fire pit

Really angry that the hot tub was broken and not informed of this. That was the main reason for chosing this place to stay. I understand things happen, but after looking it looks to be out of order for a while and no mention when booking. When mentioning to the front dest staff they blew me off very displeased wont be back.
