The B&b S. Elia located in Caltanissetta in the heart of Sicily, very close to the Sicilian mining basin and nature reserves, is a few steps from the city, in Viale Luigi Monaco along which stand the S. Elia hospital, the Cefpas which houses the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery and the Professional Training Center.

Located in a strategic point near the main Sicilian tourist destinations. It is located inside a large villa immersed in an extraordinarily beautiful and varied countryside next to the splendid historic Dubini park in the area that was the summer residence of the Testasecca counts.
It is the ideal stay for those who love being outdoors immersed in nature in a welcoming family atmosphere, for cyclists, hikers and tourists.
Inside the villa there is a large availability of parking space and the building is surrounded by a very well-kept garden, with orange trees, lemon trees and other plants that emanate the typical scents of Sicily. The area is served by city buses No. 1 and No. 4 that connect it, at very short intervals, with the historic center, the train station and the bus station.
The villa is fully furnished and equipped, provided with independent heating with dual fuel and water heaters. In a corner of the garden there is a stone oven and barbecue as well as a well-equipped children's playground with slide and swing; inside the villa there is also the possibility of playing ping-pong for free, renting bikes (mountain bikes) at very low prices and in the internal rooms there are several reading corners with many interesting books to read during the stay available to guests. The rooms, very bright, are fully furnished and equipped with sober and elegant elements: each one is equipped with its own bathroom, air conditioning, heating, television, free 24-hour internet access via wireless, wardrobe, desk, chairs and all comforts. The 5 rooms of the Bed & Breakfast are distinguished by color: blue, green, yellow and on the third floor of the villa there are the 2 pink and wisteria suite rooms that enjoy a splendid view of the immense green Dubini Park, equipped with an outdoor living room with a reading corner. The rooms are double, triple, quadruple, and double for single use. Both the equipped dining room and the 3 porches are available for guests' breakfast. We particularly recommend having breakfast in the main porch, located right in front of the Dubini Park or under the gazebo furnished with tables and chairs, to better enjoy the beauty of the landscape and the mild climate.
The structure was completely renovated in January 2008.
