Magnificent old farmhouse completely renovated, located on a 30,000m2 farm planted with subtropics. It has magnificent views of the sea and the valley, ideal for relaxation as well as its privileged location to get to know the area, just 500 meters. from the A7205 road, with a wide asphalt road to reach it.

At 4.60 km. from the center of Vélez Málaga (7 minutes by car)

At 10.10 km. from the magnificent beaches of Torre del Mar (15 minutes by car)

Bright and charming house, it is composed of:

living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and with direct access to one of the porches and the pool area

three large bedrooms, one of them overlooking the pool area, the second bedroom with capacity for 6 people, with 2 beds of 150 cm. and two 90 cm beds and an original loft where one of the 150 cm beds is located. It has two bathrooms with a large shower tray. The outdoor area is very spacious, fully enclosed and consists of a 25 m2 covered wooden porch and an outdoor area with grass, 6 x 3 m pool. , great terrace-viewpoint next to the pool and barbecue, it also consists of a beautiful chill out
