This lovely 4-bedroom holiday home is located in one of the most beautiful places in the Netherlands, Hellendoorn. Centrally in Overijssel, with a lovely garden and terrace, and a recreation room for less pleasant days, it is a good place to stay.

A stone's throw from Hellendoorn in the hamlet of Marle you will find this house for 8 people. The area is ideal for hiking and cycling. The house is located on the beautiful Sallandse Heuvelrug. Don't forget Avonturenpark Hellendoorn, ideal for the family!

Completely renovated and available since the summer of 2020, this house offers the luxury, space and tranquility you are looking for for a week's holiday with the family or a weekend away with friends. The luxurious and extensive kitchen is the real center of the house. In addition to a nice sitting room, you will also find a recreation room with pool table and toys for the children. The large garden completes the picture. After a day of activities you can relax in the evening.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 24 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged

Huset är rymligt och vackert renoverat, vilket ger gott om utrymme för vår familj på sex, Köket var en glädje att laga mat i, och vi uppskattade den öppna planen som höll alla samman, Barnen älskade rekreationsrummet med biljardbordet och leksakerna, medan trädgården var perfekt för kvälls BBQ, Läge var idealiskt för att utforska den närliggande Sallandse Heuvelrug och vi gjorde till och med en dagsutflykt till AdventurePark Hellendoorn, som barnen älskade, Sammanfattningsvis, en fantastisk plats för en familjesemester!

Tolles Ferienhaus für 8

Wir waren mit 8 Leuten vor Ort. Das Haus war sauber und auch für 8 Personen ausgestattet, genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten und ein großer Garten waren vorhanden. Die Vermieter war auch sehr nett und bei Problemen sofort zur Stelle.

Prachtig huis, mooi en stijlvol ingericht. Vriendelijke mensen. Huis is heel verzorgd, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijke tuin erbij met zitjes, voetbaldoelen, speeltoestellen en skelter voor de kinderen. Mooie omgeving ook met veel bos in de buurt. Wij hebben een geweldig weekend gehad met 2 gezinnen en komen zeker terug!

Het huis was fantastisch! Alles schoon en nieuw - alsof we de eerste huurders waren (maar dat waren we niet.) Heerlijke woonkamer met een houtkachel en hout beschikbaar. Die hebben we iedere avond gebruikt. De keuken was van alle gemakken voorzien. 3 (!) ovens, een inbouw bonen-koffie-apparaat, een prachtige inbouw grill, ruim voldoende servies en bestek. De 4 verschillende slaapkamers waren mooi en warm, fijne douche. De ruimte met pooltafel, dartbord, tafeltennis en -voetbal is heerlijk. contact met de verhuurders was erg prettig; kortom - echt een aanrader!

Prachtige huis en faciliteiten! De kinderen noemen het huis 'maison de rêve' betekent dromen huis. Alles is er en je kunt gewoon vol op genieten. Zeker een aanrader! Mooie omgeving en natuur om tot rust en ontspanning te komen! Gewoon reserveren en niet verder zoeken!

Neben dem wirklich sehr gut ausgestatteten Haus gab es noch einen weiteren Raum mit Spielgeräten und eine riesige Wiese mit Toren etc. - sehr zu empfehlen.

Knus huis met houtkachel en zeer complete keuken

Fijn huis, nog leuker dan de foto's. Heerlijke keuken waar echt alles is, fijne woonkamer en prima slaapkamers. we waren er in de kerstvakantie dus leuk dat er een kerstboom was, gaf extra sfeer. Enige minpuntje: Uitchecken om 10u wel erg vroeg. Oh ja, de kaasschaaf ontbrak.

We hebben een lang weekend met kinderen en kleinkinderen genoten van het comfort en speelmogelijkheden van deze, zeer schone, smaakvol ingerichte vakantie woning. Eigenaren zijn zeer gastvrij! Omgeving is rustig en dichtbij de Sallandse Heuvelrug waar je heerlijk kunt wandelen.

Prachtig groot huis. Goeie zithoek en een tafel waar iedereen makkelijk aan kan zitten. Grote keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt. De bedden zijn aan de kleine kant maar zijn heerlijk stevig. De tuin is geweldig, groot grasveld met alle ruimte. Plek voor een vuurkorf of BBQ. Let op. Alle slaapkamers zijn op de eerste verdieping met een stijle trap(kleine traptreden). Verder is alles in dit huis wat je wilt en verwacht tijdens een vakantieverblijf.
