Set in the desirable area of Hamworthy, Poole, just a stone's throw away from the sea and the LakeYard Marina. This newly renovated detached house with its 4 beautifully furnished rooms is available for an unforgettable stay in the amazing Dorset.
Poole Town centre with its historic harbour and old town is a few minutes away by road.
Every detail has been meticulously thought of, wheelchair friendly accessibility to the allergy free duvets and bedding to make your stay as memorable as possible

We are so excited to share our amazing family home with you! Matt and Sonia have spent many an hour discussing how we can make this home, ‘Sea Breeze’ as special and accommodating to you, our guest. We do hope you will find your stay as comfortable and relaxing as what we imagined for you (many an hour has been spent thinking on what would make your stay as pleasant as possible)
Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and all the amenities you can think of
Entertainment: High speed internet is available throughout the apartment via WiFi. The TV is downstairs in the lounge area
Our beds are unique, we have
3x king size + 1x Super King
The beds can also be separated, hassle free into single beds

Disappointing

The property was clean and large enough for 7 adults. Unfortunately we had no hot water for heating, showers or washing up etc. Despite repeated requests Pass the Keys and our host made no attempt to rectify matters. Promised return phone calls and messages did not materialise. We had to carry saucepans of hot water upstairs. A little upgrading/maintenance is required. Our money was taken but we consider we did not have value for money. Extremely disappointing

Perfect weekend away

The property is fantastic. Much bigger than the pictures would indicate. We hired the guest house for a long weekend for 3 couples and we all had more than enough space. The two master bedrooms on the first floor are huge, and both benefit from en-suite’s. The two bedrooms downstairs are of a good size and have access to a large bathroom on the ground floor. The open plan kitchen/diner is massive and comes with all the necessary amenities for cooking. The garden is of a good size and had enough space to hire out a hot tub should you so wish! We find the location to be great - not too far from Poole Quay and a short 10 min walk to the beach.
