Spacious, beautiful luxury home - short walk to the beach
A beautiful, spacious home suitable for families and discerning friends. The detached property is superbly maintained, warm and very comfortable with a short walk through a wooded chine to the wonderful beaches of Sandbanks in Poole and Bournemouth and The Purbecks.
The kitchen is well-equipped with two ovens, halogen hob, microwave and there is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and a drier.
Towels and beach towels are provided.
Outside there is a paved, enclosed garden to the rear, with gas bbq, garden furniture. On site parking and plenty of on road parking. The house is in BH13, an exclusive area of Branksome Park with a delightful walk through a wooded chine to the beaches.
Well behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee.

I am a writer, yoga teacher healer and I am involved in charities in Nepal, Peru and India so travel a great deal. I have had a connection to this area for 30 years and bought a holiday home here 17 years ago in Christchurch and decided to make the area my main home in 2016 when I bought this house.
I am working on a novel based in Greece and have just finished a children's book.
