Bristol 1606 is a beautiful "Club Level", two bedroom two, two and half bath, luxury condo on the 16th floor of the Bristol Tower at The Beach Club with "Sweeping" views of the sparkling Gulf of Mexico from the living, dining area and the master bedroom! The Beach Club is luxury resort located on the Fort Morgan Peninsula, just West of Gulf Shores, which is a mile wide with an endless sandy coastline! This upscale family resort offers a sugar white sand beach, a boardwalk with showers, a large pool and hot tub at the foot of the tower, swings, a playground, charcoal grills, restaurants and more! The owner of this condo is a member of the Club, so you may enjoy the Clubhouse's Private Amenities with a daily fee. See below for the details regarding the tennis courts, indoor pool, fitness center, outdoor pool and hot tub with a Tiki Bar and Grill and seasonal live entertainment.

The living room adjoins a large furnished balcony with a "High Rise" view! The sofa opens to a bed and sleeps 2. The kitchen appliances are full size and is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The utility room has a stack washer/dryer for your convenience! The King Master Bedroom adjoins the balcony as well with a fantastic view of the Gulf! The adjoining double vanity master bath is equipped with a large newly renovated walk-in shower and a walk-in closet. The Guest Room privately adjoins a full bath with a walk-in shower. There is also a half bath located near the entry door and is convenient for all! The beds are made with white linen and a set is provided for the sofa sleeper. Bath linen is supplied for the bathrooms. There is enough detergents and toiletries sufficient for one night. Please bring beach towels, toilet tissue and other disposable supplies.

Without paying additional fees, you may use the pool and hot tub at the foot of the tower, but if you want to access The Club House private amenities, a daily fee of appoximately $40 per day for the entire party is to be paid at the clubhouse desk in person. The private amenities include: An indoor pool, fitness center, game room, outdoor pool and hot tub with a tiki bar and grill, children's activities, tennis and more!

Additionally, you may rent loungers at the beach and pay for parasailing and other activities seasonally, however, you may bring your own beach chairs and canopies which are to be placed in designated areas.

Such a wonderful stay. I would definitely book again with Pam. My family had a amamzing time. I was confused on check in, but I figured it out very quickly. We enjoyed our stay! Kids had a lot of activities too, which came to a surprise bevshse i didnt know they offered activities for kids! Resort had food, ice cream, game room and shopping. (Plus a spa,small gym and salon for extra)

What a terrific place to spend a week! The condo was wonderful -- roomy, comfortable and fully stocked. The beach is incredible. The whole complex had everything we could have needed - restaurants, pools, tennis, watersports. We'll definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time! The views from the balcony were outstanding as well as the beautiful inside. The condo was clean and inviting with soothing colors. The bedrooms were very comfortable with plenty of room to unpack and organize. Full size TVs in each room and the kitchen and laundry well organized. Thank you for letting us enjoy our vacation.

Being a medical healthcare provider, the standard of cleanliness was poor: dirty utensils, pots and dinnerware was found with food particles in the cabinetry. The condition of the linens (bathroom linens) and bed linens was also poor with stains and discolorations. The entry door was noted to be dirty as well as the balcony doors and light switches. The master bathroom had no hot water. Thankfully there was another small full bathroom in the condo. Lastly, we were asked to vacate the premises for a realtor showing. The view was great!

Thank you for allowing the showing, leaving was not requested. There was hot water in the shower, but the hot and cold was not correctly identified. This has been corrected, and the door has been painted. The housekeeping issues have been corrected, and nice linen is being used. I'm so glad you enjoyed the view! There are two beautifully renovated walk-in showers, updated flooring, furnishings, and great balcony furniture!

Great for families

Our family of 5 felt so comfortable in this condo. It is spacious and quiet with a breathtaking view of the ocean. It was lovely to wake up to that view. The resort with the pool and walk up access to the beach was perfect when hauling gear and children in tow. Getting access to the club house was awesome (not all condos get access to this). I liked that it was off the beaten path and secluded. I’m glad we weren’t in the hustle and bustle of gulf shores or orange beach. 10/10 would stay here again.

Spectacular View, Great Resort, Overall Nice Condo . . . But . . .

We spent the entire month of February in this unit. It has a spectacular view and is, overall, spacious and comfortable. While it was "surface clean," there were a number of maintenance and upkeep issues. Paint is peeling from the table and chairs on the balcony; the screen is half ripped out of the slider in the master bedroom; the bedspread is pilled and soiled and seriously needs to be replaced; a cabinet door in the kitchen was literally hanging on one hinge; and the carpet needs to be cleaned. We submitted a detailed list of these and several other issues to the rental agent upon our departure, but we received no response. We are looking forward to another stay at this complex next year, but we received no response from the realtor to multiple requests regarding the scheduling other units. Consequently, we are leasing a refreshed and updated unit directly from the same resort in 2020. Update: After submitting this review, we finally received a voice mail from the realtor assuring us that the problems we listed would be addressed. If you are considering this unit, you would be wise to confirm that the maintenance work has been done, the carpet cleaned, and the bedspread replaced.

We loved staying in B1606 at The Beach Club. I hope to answer some questions I had prior to booking. The King bed sleeps well. It is soft and super comfy. Just what we look for when traveling on vacation. Appliances worked well with no issues. Property manager was available by text our entire stay. The condo was very clean. The pool was exceptionally clean and well cared for. The water was clear and not murky with overused chemicals. The condo is actually right when you get off the elevator which was excellent for us with kiddos. There’s a small closet outside the condo next to the door where lots of beach needs are already stored. Look there before you buy something new. There was a bit of a drive into Gulf Shores to eat in the evenings if we wanted to eat at some of our favorite places....Desoto’s and Papa Roccos. It’s 15-20 min. Due to recent social distancing expectations, wait times at restaurants were outrageous. (Lulus was over 3 hours!) So we had to leave for An early dinner. There is a dive restaurant behind the Pines that serves an all American menu. It’s great and reasonably priced. Super casual. Just past The Beach Club, theres an excellent spot to watch the sunset over the bay. Just on the side of the road. It’s definitely worth checking out one night. All in al, we would definitely book this condo again.

Perfect accomodations for a family of four. The condo was clean and well furnished. The master bathtub/shower was the only downfall as it is old and dated and hard to get in and out of because of the height. Overall, great and we would definitely book again.

Clean and as advertised

We were ready to go and the night before we got a call from Pam saying the condo that we had booked had a leaky dishwasher. Being Labor day weekend, there really weren't any other options but thankfully Pam was able to find another similar condo. All was advertised but I just wish the area had more to do. If you want a quiet beach and no boardwalk, then this is your place. Most things to do were about a 20 minute ride away. All and all, everything was great.

Had a wonderful stay at the beach club. Very spacious condo with beautiful views of the ocean. The condo needed updated but we found out they are about to renovate it soon. Can’t wait to come back again !

In order of our priorities this condo met our expectations for cleanliness, comfort, Beach accessibility and Resort perks and amenities. If you are a fault finder there is little fodder here. The layout is perfect for privacy - each Bedroom suite is at opposite ends. Kitchen was dreamy and the perfect layout. If you are a gourmet cook, bring vegetable peeler, food processor and paring knives. I will choose it again.

Got off elevator first night to a flooded floor (min 2 to 3 “) which remained that way for next 3 days, so I waded thru water every time I got off elevator.. there was constant maintenance being done( most likely the water issue) first night wanted to use blanket on bed but it was so nasty smelling (two in closet, both smelled the same and one was shredded) I washed both blankets.. several mornings later I woke up to men on my patio power washing it and the sliders.. they moved all furniture to one side and left it that way..(I put back in place) then I came back to condo on Sat night and someone had moved all the patio furniture inside to the Living room..they pushed the chair and ottoman up against the couch in order to stack it up inside .. I should have been made aware of maintenance to be performed during my stay (or better yet, these units should not be rented when bldg is under repair) my privacy was invaded twice during the stay.. Also one needs to bring your own toilet tissue.. only one roll is furnished (had rented for 7 days, but left after 6th) ... also when I viewed this property, it boasted of restaurant and bar on property.. only they were closed the entire time I was there... not a good experience..

We really liked the condo and resort overall.

One of the greatest things was not having to waste an inordinate amount of time checking in. Having a code to enter the condo upon arrival saved a lot of time. The condo had everything we needed (all the basics - dishes, pots, pans, etc) and it has such easy access to the pools and the beach. It was clean and neat. No complaints! Thank you for letting us stay in your condo.
