The Beach Club Catalina 101, a totally renovated corner luxury 3 bedroom/3 bath condo, is waiting for you and your family to enjoy! No hassle to get to the beach and the pools, just walk out your back door! Enjoy "your extended patio" into the grassy area for playtime. No waiting for the elevator or carrying gear down the hallways.

Beautiful new granite was installed in the kitchen and bathrooms with all new faucets & sinks. The condo was freshly and stylishly painted, complimenting the newly furnished casual coastal decor, furnishings and bedding. All mattresses and bedding was replaced just for your comfort!

The bedding arrangement is king master with a private adjoining bath, queen guest with a private bath, & a bunk bed with a full size mattress on the top and lower bunk and is located across from the hall bath. The sectional sofa has a sleeper bed. The condo sleeps 6 in beds and 2 on the sofa. All beds are made and a set of linen is supplied for the sofa. An ample amount of bath linen is supplied.

The patio is very secluded, but you can see the Gulf from the tall patio furniture, plus easy access to the boardwalk, pool and hot tub!

Owner is a Club member & daily fees apply for Club optional use of the private amenities. Without paying a daily fee you will still have access to the pools and hot tubs at the foot of each of the four towers and you may patron the restaurant & salon in the club house, plus the restaurants & shops at the entry area of the resort. The daily fee is approximately $45.00 per day for everyone in your party, not per person, but is based on the number of days used and is payable at the club desk in person. The private amenities include the indoor pool, fitness center, game room, luxurious locker rooms with saunas, an outdoor pool with a tiki bar and grill seasonally.

GREAT LOCATION ON A BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY!! 4 of 5

The Beach Club is an amazing property! We enjoyed the four pools and hot tubs. Property was kept very clean. We felt very safe letting our older children walk throughout the property and beach by themselves.

101C was a great condo for our family! The ground floor was perfect! When coming back from the beach, we could leave all our sandy toys and chairs on the patio without dragging them through the condo. This also allowed more space for our younger children to play outside. The end unit was nice because there was not a lot of foot traffic. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels for a family of six. Overall, this property and condo was wonderful. We would definitely stay at the Beach Club again! The condo was amazing! We enjoyed our time at Catalina 101. The location of the condo is very convenient to the beach, pools, Beach Club, ice, etc. The first floor offered a spacious lawn for our children and removed the need for an elevator. The condo itself was very well maintained. Our children loved the bunk beds. I absolutely recommend it to anyone. Just an FYI, there are different color wrist bands and since we booked through VRBO and not Spectrum, we were given red and had to pay more for children’s activities and to use the indoor and Beach Club pools. Several Spectrum workers told us always book through Spectrum to save money and to have more benefits. My husband and I still think our room was amazing and wouldn’t change it, and we also felt we saved on the initial cost per night. Oh, if you do get out, I highly recommend Jesse’s on the Bay for incredible food and views. We lucked out and ate there twice. Best seafood and steaks we’ve ever had!

This was our second time staying in this specific condo and it was juat as great as the first. Always clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with what we needed in the kitchen. Pam is always quick to respond if we need anything at all or have any questions. what we like about the beach club is the family feel. Kids of all ages have lots of fun either at the beach, the many pools, hot tubs, basketball, vollyball,and tennis courts. The club house is an extra fee but offers a warm indoor piol for cloudy or rainy days. The outdoor pool at the cku house advertises as heated but the past two years there was not a significant temp difference to the free pools. Tacky jacks was a great place to eat with the kids and had fast service with a beautiful view. Crab hunting at night is always a favorite the kids!

Family of 16 rented 3 fround floor units for the week. This one was, by far, the most nicely furnished. Great location next to boardwalk. Noisy neighbors but great time onnthe beach and at the market and food trucks. Definitely will do this again.

Unit location is perfect!!

We had an amazing trip to Fort Morgan, Alabama, and were very pleased with our stay at the condo! The corner first floor unit was a real highlight, offering easy access to the beach, main pool, and our unit pool. The pools were fantastic, and the spa was absolutely awesome – perfect for unwinding and relaxing. The unit itself was clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We're definitely looking forward to visiting again. Just a heads up for future travelers – it's HOT in August, so be prepared!

It was a very nice bottom corner floor close to the beach . We took our handicap sister and it was perfect for her .. Nice restaurant on site and the Village is a fun family friendly area within walking distance from condo. The cleaning service needs training in cleaning under things , just the surface.

Great location

We loved the location. The unit was perfect for 6 of us. It was clean and had everything we needed. Our only issues was that the grill is not near the unit and it would be a hassle to use, so just don't plan to grill. Also the blue chairs shown on the patio are not there anymore. Again you can not get a better location we could sit at the table and watch the kids in the pool and right on the board walk to the beach where you can find all kinds of activities including parasailing. Highly recommend

Great Beach Location

This is our second stay here, our first being in 2019. The location to the beach and pool cannot be beat, which was our reason for rebooking. Plates and silverware/dishes were plentiful, however some of the utensils could be upgraded (no pizza cutter and the saddest tongs I've ever seen). When we arrived there was a horrid musky smell which we eventually figured was something in the garbage disposal so were able to mitigate and fix it quickly.

Our unit was lovely with a wonderful 1st floor access to all amenities: patio, pool, beach, walkway, etc. Very quiet setting. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cups, utensils. More toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap, dish washing detergent, dish washer detergent, detergent for the wash machine should be supplied. Note to customers to stop at the grocery store on their way to the unit because it is 12 miles away. Recommendations for restaurants and activities would be helpful for guests.

Ground floor convenience

The location on the ground floor is great. The condo could benefit from some new upgrades like new cooking utensils and pans. Some of the utensils and pans were not clean. The trash is right outside the front door and sometimes the odor and gnats were really bad. The odor ends up in the condo. The condo is spacious and furnishings are comfortable. The beach is a bit crowded. We reserved chairs for our stay through the chair rental company on the beach and were told they would put us on the front row. They did not. The second and third row of chairs don’t get the nice breeze like the first row. Overall we had a wonderful time.

Tried to notify realtor about issies

Tried to notify realtor about a few issues but never got her. I’ll go through spectrum next time they are on premise and have rarely had issues not resolved. This unit was good but not great. We tried to report marks, stains, microwave not working, and a few other things but never got realtor we are not upset just a bit aggravating.

Thoroughly impressed

I booked this condo based solely upon the online reviews and was thoroughly impressed at how accurate they turned out to be. Being able to walk out the back door and be just steps from two pools as well as the beach was so awesome. Plus, the unit is so closely located to the front parking lot that it was a breeze to get to our vehicles when we ventured out. The beds were very comfortable and there were extra blankets and pillows in each room. Plenty of storage. The bathrooms were very clean and also had ample storage space. The only complaint I have is there were just four washcloths and four towels in each bathroom, which proved to be not enough for my family of seven. I'd bring more of my own next time to avoid having to do multiple loads of towels. Additionally, for future visits to this unit, I will bring my own hand soap for each bathroom since what was provided didn't lather well. The kitchen is very nice. I liked all the appliances and found them easy to use. There's plenty of dishes, cookware, cups and glasses. The only food items in the kitchen when we arrived was a jar of Karo syrup and salt and pepper so I'm glad I was able to have groceries delivered the morning after we checked in. The ice maker was slow, but there were two machines close by from which we purchased ice to supplement. Internet connection was spotty most of the time, but was likely due to weather. We relied on our data plan for our phones and used it to hot spot for the TVs.

Property is full of bugs and shy of being filthy

We love the Beach Club and are no strangers to the area after vacationing in the area for 30+ years. The unit manager Pam Martin did not respond to a single inquiry or concern. There are nats in the unit and lots of bugs we've not seen before. They got in our luggage and food and it was a battle to protect our items, unfortunately. The unit is filthy and if I were the owner and she was managing my property is be pissed! The furniture, floors, etc are dirty and moldy. The sliding door is full of grass and debris. The location of the unit is perfect for beach and pool and the staff are wonderful. This is not a good unit for a family and other than putting new sheets on a bed we were disgusted and paid to have it recleaned and the bugs were continuous. The realtor did communicate when she wanted more funds for add-in parking and it was paid. But her phone stopped working when we were not happy and needed her to come to see the unit's filth. No response. Do not stay here or use Pam Martin or her team. There is also other damage in the unit from abuse. We want to speak to someone and do not feel we got what we paid for!

The HOA has corrected the issue with the flying insects because it was reported to them by me. My cell phone number is given to every guest in my arrival email along with housekeeping management. Neither of us found record of the complaint or we would have been very fast to react to the issues mentioned. I'm sorry the experience was not up to par. The housekeeping service manager has been informed and has taken measurements to correct any possibility of the above from reoccurring. I did review the guest booking info and found she was needing a discount and I think it affected the review in hopes of a refund which would have been given but not by threatening a rating.
