Host was wonderful to communicate with. The place is located so close to the beach abd pool access which was fantastic.Previous tenants and/or cleaners did a poor job cleaning dishes and cooking utensils and pots. We had to clean about everything that came out of a drawer or cabinet. This is no reflection on the owner or the place. We would stay there again if we return to an AL beach.

Family vacation

This is a fantastic rental with wonderful hosts who were very communicative and helpful. Very clean and comfortable unit with pools and very easy close beach access. Would definitely make a return trip.

Away from the Crowds

This location is far enough away from Gulf Shores to get you out of the hussle and bussle of Gulf Shores. Great place definitely would stay again

Great House!!

This was our 13th trip to Gulf Shores Plantation in 15 years. We have stayed at different places each time. This was by far our favorite. The owner communicates well and is a super nice guy. Highly recommend!!

Great experience at Seashell

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Seashell home and look forward to a return visit. The home is beautifully decorated, has well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, and very comfortable beds. The beach is only steps away! We cooked most of our meals at the house and sincerely appreciated the well stocked kitchen and grilling area. I would definitely recommend this beautiful property.

Great Spring Break

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our spring break staying in this beautiful home! The views were beautiful, location to the pools and beach were amazing and the house had everything we needed, from the bikes to the pool/beach equipment, the grill, and well stocked kitchen. Darryl was wonderful to communicate with and quickly answered any questions we had during booking and during our stay!

Labor Day weekend 2024

The house was absolutely amazing. Everything you could need plus some. Very clean and plenty of room. Right by the beach, the pools, and hot tub. We will definitely be back!!!

Family spring break vacation

House is in a great location to the beach, pool and hot tub. Seashell Sanctuary was a great fit for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. Lots of beach chairs and bikes. We cooked on the grill most nights for dinner. Had a great time with family at the Seashell Sanctuary.

This is the perfect location to enjoy the beach without all the chaos and traffic. The house was decorated so well and felt perfect for our group of 10. We loved all the beach toys and chairs available in the closet - we had everything we needed and more. So nice to not have to worry about it buying sand toys for the kids or chairs for us. We highly recommend grilling out too. The grill was fantastic and all the chairs, picnic table, and the swing was a perfect hang out location. There is a nice breeze in the afternoon that would come in so we could eat, relax and hang out together while grilling. The beds were comfortable and we had more than enough sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels for everyone. The host was very quick to respond - and so kind! We had couple requests come up during our stay and everything was taken care of. We also really enjoyed having the pool and other accommodations available. Oh, and bonus to have a basket of k-cups ready for us in the morning for coffee too! We did make a Walmart run before our stay to have all the snacks and food we needed - that was helpful to avoid any extra trips. We got to just enjoy the trip and relax. Thank you again for having us! Oh, and don't forget to check out those Alabama sunsets on the beach while you are there. So stunning!

Family Vacation

Stayed with family with three kids. Ages 13, 10 and 7. Great access to beach and amenities. We mostly stayed on beach and swam some in pool(s). House met our needs and Darryl the owner was great resource. Thanks again for the awesome stay!

Great vacation!

Everything was as listed in the website-beautiful! Owner was attentive to questions, kitchen had a lot of extras (blender/crockpot) which was wonderful as we ate meals in most of the time. Amenities were great for all age kids, close to the beach ,pools, hot tub. Bikes for use as well as beach supplies in a shared storage area. Being a duplex it had a lot of privacy and great views of the beach and resort. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Experience

What an amazing house, location, and amenities. We had a wonderful experience at this location. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies. There are plenty of beach chairs, beach toys and bikes. Parking is ample. We enjoyed cooking on the brand new grills. The owners communication is outstanding. We HIGHLY recommend this venue.

It was exactly like advertised!!! It was absolutely beautiful. The owner, Darryl was easy to contact for any questions. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.. Darryl and his wife has this place decorated so cute and felt like I was right at home. Everyone in my family loved the swing on the front porch!!!! My grandson is autistic and loved his alone time on the swing. He felt comfortable being in a new place and that says a lot
