This house was great because when we arrived the house was clean, organized and nicely decorated. Loved the back porch, being able to sit back watch the wildlife(swamp puppy, turtles, dragonflies) and feel the breeze was a big plus. Also the porch leading out from the master bedroom had a nice view. My husband and toddler loved chillin’ on the huge bean bags. The walk to beach was quick and easy. Only thing to add be careful walking barefoot there is some prickly grass that hurts lol! Other than that the house itself was great, we would definitely rent here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was even closer to get to the beach than anticipated, and our party was comfortable with the many bedrooms and bathrooms, and fully stocked kitchen. The host also checked in periodically to see if there was anything they could provide or questions they could answer which was very kind. Checking in was easy, and checking out required minimal effort. Everything was also clearly labeled which was helpful. We would love to go back!

Very nice beach house! Our family had a blast. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions I had. The walk to the beach was actually shorter than I anticipated from the house, which was a plus! The golf cart rental was still worth it to haul all of our beach gear and stroll around the neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay for a long weekend. House was well appointed and a great size for a large family. The heated pool was just up the street and the beach was just across the street! We would definitely come back.

The house was perfect for our party of 12. ( 6 adults / 6 kids )The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need - crock pot included!! Plenty of parking and the Alligator made some entertainment for the kids. It's a short walk to the beach but the golf cart was a plus to rent when carrying all your beach toys, chairs, canopy and kids/adults . This house has all the amenities like being in your own home, Melissa is the easiest to work with and she answers your questions quickly. Great customer service!! The outdoor "hot" shower is a plus. My only suggestion would be to enclose it so anyone can fully shower and eliminate majority of the sand getting in the house. The neighborhood is very nice along with both pools and pickle ball courts are an added bonus! If you've had enough sand/ocean you can relax at the pool!! We had a great stay and would rent again!!

We loved the village community especially the location. So convenient to the beach. The house had everything we were looking for. We highly recommend renting the Golf cart as well. The host were prompt to respond and so courteous. We will definitely be back

When you walked in, you could smell how clean it was! It looked exactly like the listing. The alligator in the back was so much fun for the kids to watch throughout the day. The stairs are slick if you are just walking in socks. I fell down them the first day and broke my foot, so if you like to lounge in socks as I do, please wear shoes up and down the stairs! Golf cart rides to the beach were a must, obviously, with my injury, which made it so much more convenient. Beach days were few and far between; we could only go down to the beach 3/7 days due to storms. When we did, though, it was beautiful (not including the mounds of June grass).

Perfect Vacation

We had the best vacation! The house was perfect for us! The beach and the pool is just a short walk away but we rented the golf cart. The golf cart made taking all of our stuff to the beach easy, plus the kids loved riding around. The kitchen was fully stocked with all we needed to prepare meals and the beds were super comfortable. We will be back to Rocky 3 for sure. Oh, I almost forgot the coolest part! Watching the alligator and turtles from the back deck.

Beach Bliss!

This was our first time staying at this vacation rental, and we’ll definitely be back! The house is just a short walk to the beach and has a great outdoor space that we really enjoyed. The inside was just as described in the listing with spacious bedrooms and a welcoming living/kitchen combo. We rented the golf cart which made for easy morning beach setups. The community is very walkable and the kids in my crew enjoyed how easy it was to access the sports court and pool. It was also our first visit to the Fort Morgan area—much more relaxed than Gulf Shores or Orange Beach, which made for a perfect getaway. There are a few restaurants in the area and a Dollar General for groceries.

BEAUTIFUL beach house!!!

This was our first time ever renting a house for a vacation, and this house definitely did not disappoint! The house was very well stocked with all the essentials, and it was so beautifully furnished & spotless! If I ever have the chance to own a beach house, it will look just like this one! Every inch of THIS HOUSE IS GORGEOUS, and a great place to unplug! I’d also like to add that Rocky, the owner of the house, was very available and quick to respond to any questions we had. Two thumbs up on both the house and owner on this property.

Great stay for family highly recommed

Our contract Melissa was great. This was actually our first VRBO rental. The house was clean and everything was orderly. We did wish that there were more cleaning supplies so we can do a better job before we left. For example, there was only one detergent tab for the dishwasher, there is no spray to clean the counters with so we did the best we could. other than that it’s close to the beach, walking distance, great place to run if you like running.
