302 Pelicans Landing is a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath condo that sleeps 8 in beds.This top floor unit has an elevator and two assigned parking spaces. It is conveniently located at south beach less than a block from the ocean near the Pier. (It is a 2-3 minute walk) Once you are parked, you can walk to most of the shopping, dining and entertainment on South Beach.

The Master has a king bed, en suite bath and access to the covered balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has two double beds. These two bedrooms share the hall bath.

There is a washer dryer in the unit plus an iron and ironing board.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has stainless appliances and granite counter tops.
There is comfortable seating in the living room and the dining table seats 6 with seats available at the breakfast bar. The covered balcony is accessable from both the living room and master and has a love seat, chairs and a table.

We share a junior olympic sized pool with the property next door. It is the largest pool on Tybee and was just refurbished this year.
