Tucson vacation home available for vacation rental. Nice walled garden patio, 2 car garage with auto opener, fully furnished with nice appliances, barbecue, washer dryer, ice maker. I have owned the home for 15 years... I move to Rio Rico and I now use it when I come to Tucson. This is a deluxe family home, conveniently located near to every attraction in town and hospitals, furnished nicely with everything you need for a short or a long stay.

It's a two story home with 4 bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms, fully furnished:
- King Bed on Masters located on the 1st Floor
- Queen Bed on Suite located on 2nd Floor
- Full bunk bed with twin top located on 2nd Floor
- King bed and a full bed in 2nd Master on the 2nd floor.

Very enjoyable stay!

Our stay at Roberto's rental home was very enjoyable! There were a few issues when we first arrived but Roberto was quick to address them. We were very comfortable in the home for our month's stay. The location is great for all the amenities Tucson has to offer!

First of all I’m a parent and husband to a beautiful family, all I do is for my family.
I purchased this home while going to college in Tucson lived there for many fabulous years, I was offered a job in a different city and instead of selling it I started renting long term, but now I’m back in Arizona and I would like to keep using the home when I can so I turned it into a vacation home for all to enjoy.

Why they chose this property

While i was going to college in Tucson this gated community was starting to break ground so i got a good deal and decided to purchase instead of renting an apartment, i lived here for many year and i can assure you its the best location in town.

What makes this property unique

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION, i cannot stretch this enough, every attraction and restaurant is 10-15 min from this property, and right next to the gated community and at a walking distance from the property there's a shopping center with restaurants, a nice grocery store, musseum, gym, coffe shops, etc.
