In the pine forest, in a quiet area, at the bottom of a housing estate 2.5 km from the ocean, new house with 5 bedrooms, carefully furnished. 3 bathrooms, large living room, fully equipped kitchen, pantry with washing machine and dryer, large partly covered terrace.
One bedroom has its own bathroom, 180x200 bed. The other 4 bedrooms have 2 single beds 90x200 which can be twinned.
Garden furniture, large 12-seater outdoor table, plancha, sun loungers.
Housekeeping and linens provided - inclued in the rent.
The house is spacious, quiet, with a view of the forest, ideal for recharging your batteries.
Water is a precious resource and in order to preserve it, we have chosen not to have a swimming pool. Especially since the ocean is very close.
The shops are 600 m away, the network of cycle paths is dense and allows you to discover the Landes.
The Golf of Moliets is considered as one of the most beautifull in France.
