Large, charming stone house in a quiet location with a spectacular view

Typical stone house of 200m² recently renovated, comfortable, located in a small isolated hamlet, at the crossroads of the Lot, Cantal and Aveyron, with superb view, quiet in the middle of nature (more photos on request).<br><br>We will be delighted to welcome you to the Teulières cottage and to help you discover the tourist sites in the surrounding area as well as the local producers.<br>Ground floor: large living-dining room (45m2, with stove in a huge cantou) opening onto a beautiful fully equipped kitchen (20m²) and a balcony overlooking the vegetable garden with a superb view; small reading room -TV (9m²- possibly extra bed for a 13th person), bathroom and storeroom.<br>1st floor: bedroom 3 (12m²) with 140cm bed and bathroom; bedroom 1 (22m²) with 160cm bed, bathroom and balcony; bedroom 2 (16m²) with 160cm bed and bathroom.<br>2nd floor: large dormitory (40m²) with 6 90cm beds and bathroom.<br>Garden level: laundry room, rest area (for smokers) open to the outside<br>Barbecue, garden furniture (large table with benches, parasols, deckchairs, hammock), table tennis, badminton, petanque, mölki.<br>Large plot of land around the house, access to the vegetable garden.<br><br>The 5 bathrooms include a toilet, a shower and a sink.<br><br>Sheets, towels and linen are not provided.<br>Possibility to rent them on site (sheets: 8 € per bed; towels: 5 € per person).<br>Note: all beds are equipped with duvets. If you don't take the sheet option, don't forget to bring your own (duvet covers for the top: 2 of 260x240, 1 of 240x220, 6 of 140x200), all pillowcases are in 60 x 60.<br><br>Cleaning fee at the end of your stay (optional): 80 euros<br><br>Pets: please contact us on a case-by-case basis.<br><br>The house is ideal for a family or friends wishing to get together for a quiet holiday. The walls are 60 cm thick and the cottage is located at an altitude of 550m, so no need for air conditioning in summer, the weather is good! And no tiger mosquitoes (yet).<br>Several cars can be parked inside the property.<br>Beautiful walks or mountain bike rides nearby. Large lake 16 km away, with supervised beach, games, pedal boat and paddle rental, fishing.<br><br>Heating is not included in the rental price. The ground floor (kitchen and large living room) is heated with wood (wood stove); the bedrooms and bathrooms have electric extras.<br>The wood package, of 15 euros/day, includes the lighting of the fireplace before arrival, the provision of wood and kindling for lighting, and the cleaning of the fireplace at the end of the stay.<br>Electricity consumption above 8kWh/day will be charged at 0.25 euros/kWh. A reading of the electricity metre will be taken on arrival in the gîte (metre specific to the gîte). The reading at the time of departure will allow you to calculate the amount of electricity consumption costs that will be due.
