mooi zwembad!

Mooi uitzicht , contact met eigenaar oke. Goed terras. De prijs/ kwaliteit verhouding negatief. Waar je moest afwassen was erg klein en slecht verlicht, een afwasmachine zou een betere optie zijn. Slechte ventilatie in de toch zeker mooie badkamer, Tip was de ramen open zetten.. douchen is ook met gebruiksaanwijzing . In de beschrijving staat dat er een slaapkamer beneden is, erg jammer, die is er niet. Naar het zwembad is ook een hele afdaling, staat ook niet vermeld. En de wc- en doucheruimte bij het zwembad kunnen niet gebruikt worden , deze worden gebruikt als opslag... De beheerder is , na telefonisch contact, wel een doucheslang komen hangen aan de muur buiten.

Traumhafter Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie, mit Pool. Wunderschöne Lage im Piemont.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie, 3 Kinder, Großeltern und Hund, dort im Sommer 2022 verbracht. Das Haus liegt gut zugänglich und sehr ruhig an einem Hügel mit traumhaftem Ausblick von Haus und Pool ins Tal. Es verfügt über 4 voll eingerichtete Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett, Wohnzimmer, Küche, großem Bad, Waschmaschine, schnelles Internet + Wlan im Haus und einem grossen Garten. Den Abend kann man auf der überdachten Terasse im 1. Stock oder vor dem Haus genießen. Der Pool ist sehr schön und gross genug um ein paar Bahnen zu schwimmen oder auch mit den Kindern zu planschen. Wir hatten eine Menge Spaß. Vom Haus kann man an in ca 45 min. zum Meer gelangen. Supermärkte sind in 15 - 25 min Fahrzeit zu erreichen. Es gibt einige sehr gute Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung. Unsere Kinder genoßen auch den Safaripark mit Löwen, Tigern und vielen weiteren Tieren ( ca 40 min Fahrzeit). Einige Städte, Ceba, Alba sind ab ca 30 min Fahrzeit erreichbar. Das Team vor Ort hat uns sehr herzlich begrüßt und Giorgio kümmert sich 2 Mal die Woche um den Pool. Der Kontakt mit Jelle dem Vermieter war super, er war immer sehr freundlich und hilfreich und hat uns mit Tips für Anreise und Ausflüge vor Ort versorgt. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

Schitterend gelegen in de heuvels, vrij uitzicht en volledige privacy. Heerlijk zwembad!

Complete woning met erg toegankelijke NL eigenaar (Jelle). Bereikbaar via what’s app of telefoon. Aardige Italiaanse beheerder Giorgio, die ons samen met zijn vrouw ontvangt en bij vertrek ook weer uitzwaait. Giorgio controleert ook het zwembad elke 4/5 dgn. Het huis heeft 4 grote slaapkamers en heeft veel buiten ruimte: op terras, bij het zwembad of op het gezellige inpandig terras op de 1e verdieping ‘s avonds of als het regent). Je komt er vooral voor de privacy en rust. Groene omgeving met mooie wandelgebieden op ca. 15 min rijden afstand. Voor vertier in bijv. de wijnstreek of aan de kust moet je eerst 45 min rijden. Boodschappen (beperkt) op 15 rijden of (uitgebreid) op 25 min rijden afstand.

Fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt

Fantastisk hus hvis man er til fred og ro, Flot renoveret med italiensk stil og charme. Virkelig lækkert poolområde med fantastisk udsigt.
