Hi and thanks for checking out this vacation home, Casa Bliss! Come on in, I'm happy to "show you around".
Let's start your tour with an overview. Our Arizona township is San Tan Valley. The neighbourhood within which Casa Bliss rests is a fabulous golf community that possesses many other fun facilities to keep you busy and happy! There are tennis and pickle ball courts, basketball and volleyball courts, miles of walking/cycling trails, three outdoor heated pools with spas, etc.. Lots of fun to be had!
A vacation experience at Casa Bliss will provide you with a great deal of privacy because this home backs onto State Reserve land. What does that mean? It means that there is undeveloped, natural desert behind the the house with an outstanding view of the mountains in the distance. The view of those mountains is simply stunning at sunset!
This vacation home, which I call "Casa Bliss", is almost 2700 square feet with 2 stories. There are four bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, three entertainment rooms and two gorgeous kitchens, each with granite countertops and stainless steel. One of the kitchens is, of course, inside and the other is outside in the stunning backyard! The home has an attached 2 car garage where you'll find pool toys and floaties. You'll need them when you decide it's time to jump into the backyard POOL!
The backyard spa and pool are an important part of the Casa Bliss experience for most vacationers. Both can be heated upon request and many people choose to do so when visiting Casa Bliss. In the late spring, summer and early fall, additional heat is not required to enjoy the pool as the ambient temperature of Arizona are more than sufficient to keep the pool comfortable. Late fall, winter and early spring weather isn't as warm, so a base fee of US$130 for heating the pool applies then. There is also a variable per diem fee for heating the pool during those times of year. Regardless of time of year, heating the spa has a base fee of US$130.00 per week or portion thereof. The spa has no per diem fee.
I'll give a brief description of the various areas of the home so that you have a sense of the spaces. We'll start with the entertainment rooms. There are two on the main floor and one on the second story. The first room you see upon entering the home is the Pool Table Room. It's a fun place to relax and hang out while trying to beat your opponent at a friendly game or two! Also on the main floor is an elegant family room with a large entertainment centre. There's a big, comfy sectional for relaxing while you chat with your special people or enjoy a show on the large TV screen. The TV in this room is a ROKU brand. You will need to download the free app for this TV on your smartphone to operate it. This relaxing room has a few cosy blankets stashed away in a large, covered basket for your comfort. For the third entertainment room, head upstairs! Look to your left and you'll see the loft which is equipped with a comfy sectional sofa, a large ottoman, another large flatscreen TV. Tucked into the corner of the loft, are four yoga mats and a three smaller dumbbell sets. There is also a cube shelf in the loft area. It contains books, games and art supplies for those quiet, indoor kind of days. Overall, the entertainment rooms are designed for comfort, fun and relaxation. Enjoy!
Also on the second floor of the home are the four bedrooms and two of the bathrooms. There is a master suite as well as three large bedrooms. Each of the three guest rooms, the loft, the master bedroom, the pool table room and the family room also have ceiling fans. These fans are an important feature for your comfort. In addition, to helping keep you comfortable, the home has two separate heating and cooling systems, allowing the lower and upper floors to provide perfect climate control for all guests.
The four bedrooms of Casa Bliss all have plenty of storage for your clothing and personal items. The three bedrooms have a queen size bed, large closet and plenty of drawer storage. The largest guest room has a loveseat sofa that pulls out into a single bed. There's a playpen/baby cot in that bedroom closet, as well. Each bedroom is comfortably appointed with bedding, matching towels and various sundry. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a large wardrobe for hanging clothes, a six drawer dresser and two bedside tables. This room has access to a large outdoor deck through a set of French doors.
One of my favourite experiences at Casa Bliss is standing outside the master bedroom on this deck enjoying the view of the desert and mountains as the sun goes down. The backyard faces east which means you're not seeing the sun setting as much as you're experiencing the changing light as the sun disappears for the day. The colours change from orange and peach to purple and red. The joy and peace I feel during that hour of the day is part of the reason I named the home Casa Bliss.
Back to the Master Suite! Just off the master bedroom is the master bath. There's a large soaking tub, a separate shower and double sinks. Soaps, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are provided along with towels, a blow dryer and various other amenities. Also on the second story, outside the master suite, is the other full bathroom which serves the other three bedrooms. It contains similar items as are supplied in the master bath.
I hope the description of the rooms designed for comfort and privacy was helpful for you, now let's talk kitchens! What's a vacation without delicious meals created for and shared with your special people? The indoor kitchen is roomy and fully stocked with all the equipment you could possibly need. There's a large selection of kitchen implements to help you create whatever culinary delights your heart desires. Granite countertops cover the attached kitchen bar, the lower cabinets and the island. There's also a dining table in the nook beside the kitchen. Directly beside the kitchen is a spacious pantry. This is where you'll find the laundry facilities.
Now that we've discussed the interior of the home, let chat about the back yard! Entry to the back yard is through the main floor French doors (underneath the sign that says BL⬆️SS).
After exiting the home, the first thing you'll probably notice is the pool and spa area with its cascading rock wall waterfall, then you'll see palm trees and cacti. To your left you'll see the second granite kitchen. This one has a built in BBQ, a sink, stainless steel storage drawers and a stainless steel icebox. The is also an attached bar with chairs pulled up ready for you to enjoy a relaxing drink with your friends and family. There is a dining table with chairs near the outdoor kitchen. Overall, the backyard is simply a fabulous space for entertaining. This area of the home is another reason I call this home Casa Bliss.
Hope this information helped you to get a feel for this welcoming, joy-filled vacation home. Of course you'll see the photos, as well, but my intent with this detailed description is to pull all of the photos together for you so that they make more sense.
While it is very important to have a sense of the aesthetic and amenities of the space you're considering, it's also good to have an idea of the safety information for Casa Bliss. The home is equipped with outdoor lighting, including pool lights, two fire extinguishers, five smoke alarms, two carbon monoxide detector alarms and and an overall home security system. The security system has detectors on all of the windows and doors in Casa Bliss. When the system is turned on and the windows/doors open or are closed, the alarms release little beeps, so that you are alerted to any coming or going in the home. There are also two turret cameras high up on the exterior walls of Casa Bliss. These additional safety features are intended to diminish worries so that guests can relax and enjoy themselves more.
Stylish, comforting, joy-filled, spacious; Casa Bliss is all of these things. This vacation home is intended for fun and relaxation, for living life beautifully and making memories to last a lifetime. Come on in, you'll be glad you did!
