We’ve called Port St. Joe home for over 17 years, and this neighborhood holds a special place in our hearts. This property is truly one of a kind — one of only two homes located directly on the Bay Front, right in the heart of town. Originally built in the early 1900s and owned for generations by the Costin family, the home has been lovingly restored to its former charm and beauty, blending historic character with modern comfort.
