We had an amazing time! The home was very clean and everything was as described. The kayaks were a lot of fun and it was shallow quite a ways out so we could walk out pretty far and see all kids of crabs and small fish. The communication from Caprise was exceptional. She was great to work with and answered all of our questions in a very timely manner. Thank you for such a great stay!

This property is a dream. The bay is protected and therefore there aren’t a ton of waves, makes it perfect for paddle boarding and kayaking. The house has everything you need and there’s plenty of room for large groups. Everything feels luxurious from the beds to the towels. The outdoor area is so relaxing and we spent almost all of our time out there. The covered area makes it nice to be outside even when it’s raining.

Absolute dream of a house for our three families with 10 kids (ages 15 to 2). The private pool and beach were amazing. The indoor kitchen was well-stocked, as was the outdoor kitchen with a grill, green egg smoker, and stovetop for fish boils. Bedrooms were clean with very comfortable beds. Host was incredibly responsive, getting fixes within hours of any issue that arose.Would 100% book again and have already recommended to friends.

Everything about this property is perfect! There were 12 total in our group and everyone had plenty of space and there was a lot to entertain the kids. Check-in was easy and the property inside and out was very clean. The only negative thing I have to say is we couldn't find a cutting board or a broom to clean the floors. There was a vacuum but you don't always want to get that out. We would definitely stay here again, exceptional place!

Perfect set up for large groups with plenty of amenities to keep everyone entertained! Was surprised at the significant tide change and unable to pull the boat up directly to the beach area as we anticipated however the boat ramp was in walking distance to the house so it still worked out! Highly recommend!

The house and amenities were perfect for our family vacation. We enjoyed the outdoor living space, and exploring the bay with the provided kayaks, and paddle boards. The kitchen was well equipped, The house was very clean. The floor plan was perfect for our family. Communication with the host, and quick response to any questions was excellent also. Beautiful location with a private beach. We enjoyed the fire pit while watching the sunset after dining outside every evening. A lot of games to play indoors and outside. Nice size pool with a hot tub. Within walking distance of a grocery store and six pickleball courts! Very clean and spacious house. Hope to go come back in the future!

We chose this VRBO strictly for the bay front property, private pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen. This house was everything we hoped for and more! SO relaxing! We literally stayed outside in the back yard all day/evening during our stay, and cooked all meals enjoying the outdoor kitchen! 12/10 would recommend! The firepit was perfect for s’mores and enjoying the beautiful sunset each night!

Family & Friend Vacation

This house was perfect for our vacation. There were 18 of us, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The kids really loved the pool, and taking the kayaks out into the bay.
