Utopian House is centrally located and designed to optimise our guest experience. This lovely home away from home features five bedrooms with 4 bathrooms, open kitchen dining, one massive chill out/reception room in basement with 2 sofa bed. It is fully furnished and beautifully decorated ideal for family get together, contractors and business travellers. The accommodation is cleaned thoroughly to meet current COVID-19 cleaning protocols and to keep our customers safe.

The property is only 2 minute walk from the town centre. Ashford International train station and Designer Outlet are only 10 minutes walk from the accommodation. Closest supermarket is Lidl which is just 2 minutes walk.
we are only 25 minutes from lots of sandy and pebble beaches. Guest has the choice of few beaches nearby Hythe, Sandgate, Folkestone and St Marys bay. Romney marsh is a great place if the guest wants to travel a little bit further.

We specialise in providing high quality accommodation to all types of traveller. We cater for groups of one to groups of ten or more. Guests can stay from minimum two nights to six months. The properties all come fully equipped to enable our guests to enjoy their stay as if they were in their own homes. Relax, cook, host meetings, it's all possible in one of our fully equipped short lets. We also provide clean linens, towels, shower gels etc and are cleaned to a high standard. We are very choosy with the location of our properties, we keep them close to the heart of Ashford enabling our guests to make the most of the facilities that Ashford has to offer.
