Parfait !

Un super séjour aux pieds des pistes de ski d’Avoriaz. À proximité d’une épicerie, des boutiques ect… logement propre avec ce qu’il faut pour la literie, espace salle de bain impeccable. Rien à redire. Tous ce fait rapidement et facilement. Je recommande !

Emplacement idéal mais gestion approximative de la location

L’appartement est très bien situé dans le quartier La Falaise. Il est très calme. L’appartement mériterait un rafraîchissement général mais il est propre (si on met de côté les moisissures de la salle de bain, problème récurrent sur ce type d’appartement). Nous avons cependant été déçus par la gestion de la location. L’annonce indiquait une arrivée à 16h30 (ce qui est déjà un peu tard) mais on nous explique une fois arrivés en station que c’est 17h. La remise des clés est faite par l’agence de blanchisserie avec remise des draps (pas les lits faits à l’arrivée, nuance). L’annonce précisait que les serviettes étaient fournies. La personne qui avait déposé les draps nous indique que non. On nous renvoie vers le « vrai » gestionnaire de la location qui demande à ce qu’on lui prouve que les serviettes sont bien incluses et qui nous indique que ce n’est pas normal et que l’annonce du site ne correspond pas à la réalité. Effectivement, l’annonce Dans sa partie détail et équipement de l’appartement n’a rien à voir avec La réalité (pas de four, pas de sèche cheveux, etc). Nous avons quand même passé un agréable séjour mais celui-ci a mal démarré, dommage.

Séjour sympa dans une station incroyable

L'appartement mériterait un coup de frais, d'équipements plus modernes et plus conforts, mais c'est le cas de nombreux biens locatifs dans cette gamme de prix, l'ensemble est largement compensé par la magie de cette station, la vue depuis l'appartement, l'énorme domaine skiable etc. Les gestionnaires du bien sont très pro et réactifs, le service est top. Nous avons passé de supers vacances en famille!
