Welcome to East Butte 21, your Sunriver getaway, a spacious single-level vacation home with nearly 2,000 square feet of comfortable living space and room for everyone to settle in, relax, and make memories together.

With 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a private hot tub, ping pong, and dog-friendly accommodations, this home is designed for easy family vacations, couples trips, and getaways with friends. The single-level layout makes coming and going simple, while the generous living space gives everyone room to spread out after a day of exploring Sunriver and Central Oregon.

The primary suite features a king bed and private bathroom, offering a quiet retreat at the end of the day. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom is set up with 2 twin beds, making it a great fit for kids, friends, or a mixed family group. A full guest bathroom adds extra convenience for the rest of your group.

The open living areas make it easy to spend time together, whether you are enjoying a meal at home, planning the day’s adventures, or winding down for the evening. The fully equipped kitchen helps make vacation cooking easy, and the gas BBQ is ready for casual dinners on warm Sunriver evenings. After a day on the trails, at the lake, or around the Village, come home to soak in the private hot tub or challenge the group to a game of ping pong.

The home was very comfortable, well supplied, with a kitchen FULL of everything we needed. We cooked a lot and never wanted for a tool, bowl, or pan. Bedrooms were spacious, comfortable and quiet. Easy access into home and easy to get around Sunriver and then to bend and the mountain.

Roomy house.

Very fun house with ping pong table and plenty of space in the dining room and living room areas. There was no AC so it got pretty hot during the day but was manageable with all of the fans they provided!

Everything was great except for the cleanliness. I realize the home is pet friendly, but there was visible dog hair on the futon and the floor looked like it had not been vacuumed. The pillows on the couch were super dusty, so maybe a deep cleaning is in order. Other than that we enjoyed our stay! The outdoor grill was nice!

This rental property was absolutely perfect. Everything was very clean, and the house was bigger than I thought it would be. The beds were super comfortable, and it was so fun having the hot tub and ping pong table. Will definitely be visiting again!

We only wished we could stay longer!

We had a small issue with the dishwasher and the property manager was quick to respond. The house was clean and nice, we enjoyed riding bikes and winding down in the hot tub.

Super cozy, quiet, perfect access to bike path and can’t believe we had access to 4 bikes, ping pong table and hot tub. A real hit! Cozy living room for movies every night. And great communication with rental company. No problems at all! Plan to stay here again. Clean. Lovely!

This was one of the best places I've ever had the pleasure of staying in for a vacation! The house was just like the photos and the description online. There were instructions for appliances, tv and some tour guides. There were no issues with check in or out. Overall it was a great experience! So clean and welcoming and also a great location to get away from it all and be closer to nature! Totally can't wajt to come back again in the future!
