About this property

Mine Shaft Tunnel. Greystone Is A Must See!

Greystone is a unique, custom-built mountain retreat nestled in the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota. The location allows it to be close enough to Deadwood and Terry Peak for some fun and the seclusion and views of a true Black Hills cabin.

What makes this property unique

Greystone has a mining-inspired tunnel that leads to the guesthouse, the Hideout, which may be rented with the lodge at the guest's request. There are 2 fireplaces in greystone that are both wood-burning which gives the home such a natural, homey feel. Situated at the top of the ridge, greystone overlooks miles and miles of the Black Hills and the valley that leads to Bridal Veil Falls. Enjoy that view from the hot tub on the lower level. Every inch of this property was meticulously thought out and designed. There isn't one inch of regular sheetrock on any wall or ceiling in the house.
