Marradi Apartment con Balcone

A spacious and comfortable 130-square-meter apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the second floor (with a few steps to access the lift) of a modern building in the residential area of Via Marradi, just a few minutes’ walk from Villa Fabbricotti and well-connected to the historic centre (15 minutes by public transport). Street parking is available for a fee.



The interior layout is as follows:

-BEDROOM 1: double bed, split A/C, closet

-BEDROOM 2: sofa bed, split A/C, closet

-LIVING ROOM: large sofa, TV, split A/C

-KITCHEN: 4-burner stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine and moka pot, electric kettle. Dining table and split A/C. Access to the laundry room

-BALCONY: furnished with a small table and outdoor chairs

-BATHROOM: shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning, independent heating, washing machine, mosquito screens, clothesline, iron and ironing board, hair dryer.



The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.

We are very flexible and will be happy to arrange early check-ins or late check-outs, if possible, provided there are no other guests checking out or checking in. Any requests can only be confirmed the day before arrival.



The apartment is located in a quiet residential area not far from the historic centre, ideally situated for exploring the city comfortably on foot and via public transport.

In about a 10-minute walk, you can reach Piazza Attias, the renowned Goldoni Theatre, and Piazza della Vittoria, better known as Piazza Magenta.

From here, in 10 minutes on foot or via Line 4 / LAM (the RED line), crossing the canal and reaching Piazza della Repubblica (the largest bridge-square in Europe), you’ll arrive at the Fortezza Nuova and the charming Venezia Nuova area.

From Piazza della Repubblica, you can access Via Grande, Livorno’s main shopping street. From here, in just a few minutes on foot, you can reach the Mercato Centrale, designed by architect Buontalenti—one of Italy’s largest and oldest covered markets—where you’ll find fresh, locally sourced products.

Also in Piazza della Repubblica, you’ll find the stop for the BLU line of the “ LAM ” (City Tram), which takes you to the renowned Terrazza Mascagni in about 15 minutes—a picturesque spot where you can admire breathtaking sunsets while strolling along the waterfront.



-From Pisa Galileo Galilei Airport, you can reach Pisa Centrale Station (via the PISAMOVER service), where you can take the regional train to Livorno Centrale Station. From the station, you can easily reach the apartment via public transit line 8N, getting off at the Marradi stop, which is a 4-minute walk from the property.

If you’re travelling by car, you can park on the surrounding streets for a fee (blue lines).



A member of our Livorno team will contact you a few days before your arrival to arrange check-in. You’ll meet at the apartment to pick up your keys, and they’ll be at your complete disposal before and during your stay in case of any issues or questions. You can contact us by phone, email, or through Airbnb messaging.



We’ll provide tips and suggestions to make your stay even more unique and special.



Seven days before your arrival, you’ll receive instructions on how to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Livorno, which is 1 or 1.70 euros per person per night, depending on the season.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.
