Le Paradis 22 Apartment is a stunning, luxury apartment in the centre of Chamonix sleeping up to 8, and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and one additional WC. Le Paradis 22 Apartment is beautifully furnished and situated just off the main high street in one of Chamonix's most sought after apartment buildings, Le Paradis Payot residence which is a very short walk to the nearest ski slope. This apartment to rent in Chamonix is on the ground floor and has a small sunny patio / terrace with views of Mont Blanc. There are two double bedrooms (one with ensuite bathroom) and the third bedroom has 4 adult bunk beds, so the apartment can comfortably sleep 8. We also provide access to the private Saint Michel car park for one car, and there is a ski locker and a bike room for storing mountain bikes in the summer. There is also free wifi internet access.

We love Chamonix all year
We have stayed with Chamonix All Year 4 times now and everytime they have been amazing. It is like dealing with friends. We loved the apartment that we stayed in. Spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Thank you, once again, Chamonix All Year!!!!!

Great central location, right in the heart of Chamonix
Our family of six spent the Christmas holiday in Chamonix. This apartment was perfect in all ways. Great location - close to main street shopping /pedestrian area, quick walk to the grocery store, reasonable walk to the bus stop and Brevent lift. Apartment was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Beds were comfortable. I truly appreciated the team at Chamonix all Year, they responded to emails quickly, were able to help out with suggestions. Great costumer service.

Spacious, good disability access, excellent central location, with loads of storage space.
My family group is somewhat challenging to accommodate as we consist of two mobility scooter users and, as of this holiday, two small dogs too. Chamonix All Year rose to the challenge and suggested this apartment, which was great for us. It has level access into the building and as the apartment was on the ground floor we didn't need to negotiate a lift too [there was a lift to other apartments in the building though if needed]. It also has a shower with a minimal step into it, which worked for us as we don't need a fully wheelchair accessible shower but a shower over the bath is always more of a challenge. There's quite a large step into the garden area but I always travel with a small step which I used at this point. Having access to an outside area was great for the dogs and I know after our stay a small table and chairs were installed which was the only thing missing for us when we were there. Inside the apartment has some lovely decorative detail, it's clean, and there is plenty of room to put your clothes and personal effects, even the en suite bathroom - with its well lit shelves - handy for doing your hair I found! The apartment itself is centrally located, we only used our car twice in our 8 night stay. The free parking in the car park just up the road was a real bonus. The only thing that might bother some people is the loud music from the hotel La Folie Douce in the evening - my husband actually went up there to see if the music matched the atmosphere - there was no one there... Best places to eat La Cabane [at the golf club], Vert Lodge, Poco Loco burgers, Le Roster, Bistro du Sport, and roast chicken and potatoes from the Saturday market. Excellent scooter accessible walks out from the apartment, which the dogs loved! We also hired an all terrain Quadrix for a couple of days which was fun too. My 15 year old son spent just about every day climbing at Les Gaillands and said doing a tandem paraglide was "the best thing I've ever done in my life" - high praise from a teenager! We'll be back!

This appartement has a very good place. the cleanup is good. We have had a fantastic journey. the bed are nice
