Le Bartavel Apartment is one of the best located holiday rentals in Chamonix centre. Situated on the top floor right in the heart of Chamonix, it has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a spacious living space opening onto a roof terrace.

This central Chamonix apartment is beautifully furnished, marrying alpine and modern design to create a cool sophisticated holiday rental. The living area is spacious and well laid-out, ideal for a family of up to 6 people. There is lounge seating for 7, as well as a dining table and chairs seating 6. The kitchen is well equipped and benefits from a breakfast bar seating 4. In the comfortable living space there is a 46" smart TV with Sony surround sound which offers freesat UK channels and a DVD player with a library of DVDs. The lounge has large patio doors which open onto a good size roof top balcony, a large patio umbrella, and outdoor dining table and chairs seating 4.

There are 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom:

The master bedroom has a superking bed, and plenty of wardrobe space too. The ensuite bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
The second bedroom has a double bed, the ensuite has a shower, sink and toilet.
The third bedroom is ideal for the kids, with a bunk bed set, next to this bedroom is a family bathroom with supersize bath.

There is covered parking for one car, which is located a few minutes away from the apartment (it is possible to drive very close to the apartment for dropping off luggage etc when neccessary).

Nos encantó en departamento amplio, cómodo, lleno de luz y con una ubicación inmejorable. Todos los accesorios que cubren las necesidades, excelente equipo de sonido, cocina muy completa y muy acogedor. El equipo de Chamonix All Year fue muy atento y rápido en responder nuestras necesidades. El edificio donde se encuentra el departamento es viejo y no remodelado, tiene una entrada obscura y sucia. Pero una vez dentro del departamento todo es distinto: limpio y luminoso

Beautiful apartment with amazing views in the perfect location.
We really loved staying in this stylish yet comfortable apartment, it’s very well equipped and beautifully decorated with stunning views from almost all windows. The owners leave condiments and other useful household products for your use which I thought generous of them. The bathrooms and hallway have underflooor heating and I suspect the open plan living dining area also has but if so, it was not working while we were there and a substitute plug in radiator heater was not an adequate replacement, there are excellent easily regulated radiators in the bedrooms and the log burner is relatively easy to use. We stayed here as an adult family and we’ve all agreed we would come back in a heartbeat.

Spacious and welcoming
Almost everything is perfect. During summer we felt uncomfortably hot since there is no AC. I would recommend to do some work on the building entrance and staircase its quite long and narrow. We had tough times bringing our luggages up/down during checkout/in.

Incredible property in an awesome location!
This property is exactly as advertised. Spacious 3 bedroom/3 bath with a large open plan living/ kitchen/dining room with fireplace. Truly, although it’s an apartment.. it feels like a small house. Very roomy and open feeling with the massive sliding doors opening onto a large patio and gorgeous views of the town and mountains. The location is perfect. Walking distance to every. Well equipped and stylishly decorated.. I highly recommend this property!
