The house is located in the center of the BEG-MEIL Cape, which stretches out to sea, between Forest Bay in the east, and the southern sector of the Iroise Sea in the Atlantic Ocean, comprising the archipelago of GLENAN, which protects all beaches looking out to sea, in South-South-West.
It is located at the bottom of a dead end private road in a garden of 1500 m2, enclosed by hedges.
On the ground floor, on 2 levels, one enters in from the street by an outside staircase leading to a lock as input, to enter at the dining room, located in elevation on the big living , on the ground floor, with large patio doors to a paved terrace. The kitchen at the dining room has a complete equipment.
The fireplace in the living room works with wood and there is a portable barbecue on the terrace with chairs, garden table and chairs.
By the central spiral stairway, you reach the first floor which includes a large bedroom with a bed for 2, with wardrobes, insulated with a dressing room and a bathroom. From the house you have the choice between the beaches of the bay (Birds, The wedge) or the beaches facing off larger: they are white sand beaches and purpose; walk it takes 10 minutes to reach and be able to swim in clear water.
The range of birds, 5 minutes walk is very nice in the morning and family and is advised if you have young children because it is small and the sea is calm. A downlink and low tide, fishing on foot is often successful, which delighted children and adults.
