Maui Ka'anapali Villas is located just North of Black Rock Beach. Directly in front of the resort are three miles of perfect white sand beach. The resort features two pools, a child's wading pool area, hot tubs, a beach activities center (Rent paddle boards, boogie boards, snorkel sets and more!), Castaways Café, convenience store, Third Heaven Spa & Massage, fitness center, and more. this resort connects to the Ka'anapali Boardwalk and there is also access to the Ka'anapali Shuttle. Aston Resort and Maui Kaanapali Villas will charge an $25 a day facility fee upon check in. There are amenities provided including parking for 1-vehicle (a second vehicle is additional $10 per night). Additional amenities include coffee in lobby daily from 6 am to 9 am, a pool, state of the art Precor fitness center with 24-hour access, yoga classes 3 times per week, access to hospitality bathrooms for early arrivals and late departures, and Mai Tai Wednesdays. Maui Ka'anapali Villas is on the loop that the complimentary Kaanapali Trolley can be taken to other resorts and the Whalers Village Shopping Center.

Maui Kaanapali Villas C 253 is a 2nd floor spacious, one bedroom loft can accommodate up to 4 guest. Enjoy wonderful ocean views and amazing Maui sunsets from the comfort of your living room and large lanai. Located in the Coconut building, includes an open, remodeled kitchen featuring custom wood counters and stainless steel appliances.

Central air conditioning, hardwood floors and tile make this home feel cool and refreshing after a day in the sun. In the living room area, the large sectional sofa converts to a queen size bed. Also, located downstairs is a remodeled bathroom with a walk-in shower. The upstairs loft bedroom features a brand-new Cal king size bed, on-suite toilet and sink, and closet space. Maui Ka'anapali Villas is located on Maui's #1 voted best beach! This ocean view, bungalow-style condo has been recently remodeled in 2022 and incorporates elements such as woodwork, tile work, and original Hawaiian artwork to create an authentic Maui experience. The villas have all the amenities of a large resort but offer the personal aloha and charm of old Hawaii.

We provide one beach chair and one beach towel is provided for each guest, plus a cooler for your stay. In addition, we set up each of our condos with an essential starter-kit of dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, a mini starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap.

Complimentary concierge service is available to our guests. Our team of professionals are located on Maui to provide our guests with exceptional service. In addition, we have after-hours emergency dispatchers to assist when needed.
