About this property
3 bedroom chalet with shared swimming pool access, downstairs recently renovated
Chalet Les Cascades is part of the Fermes de Samoëns residence situated on the outskirts of the village, approx 10 minutes walk to the centre. The residence has an indoor swimming pool, available during the ski and summer seasons, and an outdoor swimming pool, open in July and August only.
The chalet has three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open plan living area. There is a terrace at the back with beautiful views of the mountains. The closest ski bus is just outside the residence.
As you enter the chalet you'll find storage cupboards to the right as well as downstairs bathroom on the left.
The downstaurs was completely renovated in 2025 and comprises of the kitchen, dining room and lounge. The kitchen is equipped with, fridge freezer, oven, dishwasher, a fondue sets and a filter coffee machine.
The dining table comfortably sits 6 and can also double up as a work space if you need to bring work away with you. Double doors to the rear of the chalet give you access to the terrace for exterior dining in the warmer months.
On the top floor there are three bedrooms, one slightly larger with a large wardrobe, the second bedroom has access to the balcony where you can enjoy spectacular views. The third bedroom is a bunk room, great for the kids, with a TV and PlayStation 3 set up. The second bathroom is on the top floor and has a bath, perfect for relaxing after a hard days skiing or hiking!
