Stunning views of the village and the slopes. 1 parking space in the underground garage. Mountain bikes are permitted in the shared garage (two apartments). Bicycles are not allowed inside the apartment.

Description: - Entrance hall + closet - Large living/dining room equipped with 1 TV giving access to a corner balcony - Fully fitted kitchen area open to the dining room equipped (ceramic hob and electric oven, refrigerator, extractor hood, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, storage cupboards with cookware) - 1 bedroom equipped with 1 double bed (140) + storage - 1 bedroom equipped with 1 double bed (140) + 1 single bed (90) + storage - Shower room (shower, sink) - Separate WC - 1 INDEPENDENT BEDROOM ON THE SAME LANDING N° 3D: equipped with 1 double bed (140) + 1 single bed (90) + closet and an adjoining shower room (shower, sink, wc) - 1 parking space for 1 car in the garage in the basement of the residence, possible to store the Bicycles in the summer.

- Linen (sheets and towels) is included in the rental price during the winter season. Please note that this is a paid option during short stays and the summer season. Housekeeping is not included in the rental; it is a paid option.
