Slopes 500 meters from the residence (Bruyères slope). Free shuttle stop at the foot of the building, to reach the center of the resort in 4 minutes (or 20 minutes walk).

The apartment and the residence were renovated in 2005. Twenty years have passed since then. A large renovation project of the apartment and common areas is envisaged for 2026. That is why we are still renting the apartment this year in its current state, before the major works which will start next spring. The rates have been elaborated taking into account the current state, we thank you for already taking good note of them.

Absolument ravie de notre séjour ! Olivier est très réactif.L’appartement est propre et bon état (sachant qu’il avait prévenu que des travaux seraient réalisés l’an prochain). En plus, on peut se garer facilement et il y a une belle vue sur le Mont Chery. Une adresse où on reviendra!

Bien, mais...

Prix attractif pour la station mais le temps passe et les aménagements se font désirer. Il faut faire couler au moins 10 litres d'eau pour avoir enfin de l'eau fraîche au robinets (cuisine comme salle de bain). La banquette lit n'est pas du tout confortable et toute la déco est d'époque, dommage car le relationnel avec le loueur est parfait.

Logement idéalement situé

La localisation est top, proche des pistes. Le logement est très bien équipé. Seul bémol, le ménage n’avait pas été fait à notre arrivée, le propriétaire n’était apparemment pas passé vérifier l’état de l’appartement avant notre venue. Mais il a été très réactif et une solution a été trouvée pour le ménage lors de notre départ.

Great location and apartment is good. No linen provided was a Big problem.

Loved the location close to the skilifts shops etc. Nice little flat with all appliances. Communication and info was poor. No one told us there was No linen so had to rent and return which was a major hassle. Wifi did only work after rebouting several times.

Excellente situation de l'appartement, propriétaires accessibles et disponibles dans le cadre de l'organisation du séjour. Concierge sur place aux petits soins pour les locataires. On chausse les skis à 50 m de l'appartement :-). La fourniture du linge de maison serait un plus. Excellent séjour on reviendra à Meribel c'est certain.

Superbe logement, je recommande vivement !

Tout c'est très bien passé. C'est un endroit magnifique malheureusement étant donné que nous ne sommes pas parties en haute saison, tous les commerces, restaurants et autre était fermés. Mais cela nous a permis de faire des jolies randonnées et quelques parties de golf, non loin du chalet. Sinon concernant l'appartement, rien à dire, le balcon, la télé, le wifi étaient les bien venus. Tout était parfait. Merci à vous.

Appartement très joli, et très pratique. J'ai particulièrement aimé le salon, avec cette grande table, qui nous a permis le soir, de faire festin avec nos amis. Belle vue du balcon sur la station, avec le bal des dameuses quand vient la nuit. Facilité pour stationner son véhicule dans la rue. A 300 mètres des pistes, et à 100m d'un sherpa, boulangerie, pâtisserie, restaurant, magasins de location. Que demander de plus ! Une demoiselle s’occupant de l'appartement toujours a disposition et très aimable ! parfait.

This apartment is in a lovely quiet area of Meribel with enough facilities close at hand as well as close proximity to the slops. The apartment itself was a good size, clean and tidy and has loverly views from the balcony. A perfect location for a couple.

Apartment was well situated for the slopes, quiet location , local shop withing 300Mtrs and 2 restaurants. Local bus service to get to the main areas in the evening. Apartment was great for a ski break if you want a quiet spot but also in the middle of all the main areas.

Sejour Janvier 2015

J'ai sejourne dans cet appartement avec mes deux enfants (16 et 12 ans) pendant une semaine debut janvier 2015. Nous avons tous trois enormement apprecie l'appartement, qui repondait en tout point au descriptif. Bien que notre arrivee fut tardive (20h), une jeune femme nous attendait pour nous accueillir et nous remettre les clefs. L'appartement est tres agreable, bien equipe et bien chauffe. Il n'est pas tres grand mais d'une taille raisonnable pour un couple et un ou deux enfants. Son emplacement est excellent, avec commerce et restaurants a proximite. Les pistes ne sont pas tres loin avec possibilite de pendre la navette gratuite qui s'arrete a 30metres de l'immeuble. Nous avons pu garer notre voiture dans la rue au niveau de l'immeuble et nous deplacions uniquement a pied ou avec la navette. Je precise que nous avons sejourne a Meribel du 4 au 10 janvier et donc hors vacances scolaires francaises. En periode de vacances il est sans doute plus difficile de se trouver une place de parking dans cette rue. Le parking est d'ailleurs un probleme dans toute la station et la police municipale tres active pour faire la chasse aux vehicules en infraction. Mon conseil: garez la voiture en zone autorisee et ne l'utilisez plus.

Well located, comfortable and friendly

My friend and I stayed for a week of relaxation in July. We were pleased to find a well equipped and warm accommodation. The location is ideal and not far from city center by foot or by shuttle bus. I 'm looking forward our next visit! Especially because Olivier was very nice and… he speaks English ! Inge
