Charming apartament in the center of Barcelona, with all the luxury and confort that you could ever imagine. Once inside, one can be delighted with the magic modernist achitecture of the building. Full of historic details and essences that are most unlikely to find, it has been refurbished and decorated lately with the necessary equipment for a fantastic stay. To take le lift, it is necessary to go up some steps. A caretaker is in the hall during working hours.


The apartment has four rooms, three of them double room. One has a king size bed, a second one with two wide beds that can be joined together and a third one with a trundle bed.
The living-room and the dining-room are wide areas separated by a big door. The apartement is fully equiped with heating, air conditionning, two TV, WIFI Internet access, washing machine, etc. The kitchen is fully equiped with all the necessary menage to eat till seven people.
Bed linen and towels.

Arrival between 21:00 and 08:00 is subject to 30.00EUR late arrival fee. Departure between 00:00 and 08:00 is subject to 30.00EUR early departure fee.

Charming apartment in great location
